This facility should not even be in business. Their care is horrible with employees not even knowing what building they are working in, letting their patients sit in soiled clothes for hours, no snacks or drinks furnished, meals are horrible, housekeeping is terrible as well bathrooms not staying cleaned etc I have not put my worst enemy in this place.

I placed my 90 year old mother in New Friends Residential Care. The people working there were so helpful and caring throughout the process. The caregivers are outstanding and very responsive to my Mothers needs. They truly were such a great team of people to work with and the facility is wonderful. Thanks for making a very trying time in our lives so much easier.
