Sandeep the caregiver is very rude not only to the residents but to the other workers! He's a constant liar and very aggressive and should not be trusted with the poor residents!

Both of my in-laws needed memory care and my daughters we tasked with finding them a place since my wife and I were out of the country. Regent Court helpfully found rooms near each other, then did one better and were able to put them together in a double room. They have been very helpful to us and our in-laws.

Danny Mason is a very good med tech and is an especially good caregiver. He is caring, courteous, helpful, and friendly. Sophia is an exceptional med tech. She pays attention to detail and is very helpful whenever a resident has an injury or any other medical need. She helps the residents immediately and is always very courteous, kind and helpful. Sandeep is my husband's and my favorite caregiver. He is very knowledgeable on any number of needs, very friendly, caring, and helpful. Sandeep always remembers what my husband likes and how he likes things done. He lightens the atmosphere and makes us laugh. I highly recommend Sandeep for nurse of the year. He is the best!

I had several occasions to go to Regent Court in Corvallis,Oregon. I had a sister who was placed there and recently passed away. She always related to me that she liked staying there very much. The facility always looked clean and orderly to me. She said the food was fine. She liked most everyone there and said they were very nice to her. I did have a slight problem getting her things together after she passed away at the hospital. I had some financial questions and a problem with a couple of things missing from her belongings. These got taken care of when I contacted an employee by the name of Lori Durham. She was one of the most pleasant and helpful employees I have ever encountered anywhere. She works in the financial department out of an office in Washington for Regent Court in Corvallis, OR. She was so pleasant to talk to and got all my concerns taken care of immediately all to my satisfaction. She always got back to me right away and provided me with answers to my concerns. I think Regent Court is very fortunate to have her as an employee. As far as me only giving 4 stars the reason is I do think the facility needs to add more activities to their agenda for their residents. I also think they need to keep the patients relatives a little more informed about things that arise with the patient. Other than that it seemed like a nice and safe place for the residents to stay at. I would definitely recommend it to someone looking for a facility to send their loved ones to for care. Still very thankful for all the help I received from Lori Durham. Will never forget her help to me. This review is from me, Susan Middleton, sister of Carolyn Propps.

My mother finished her life living at Regency Court Memory Care in Corvallis, where she received excellent care and attention, kept the staff on their toes, and made sure the birdfeeder was re-filled often.

I have spent the most time with Zeth,Ully, and Amy and they have been wonderful and very patient but as the saying goes-It takes a village.-and there is a caring, loving village behind these 3.The med techs, the care companions, the laundry staff the cooks, the activity and maintenance staff, and the yummy cookie lady all contribute their part ( 24 hrs a day,365 days a year) to make Regent Court the clean, safe, professional, loving facility that it is. I would recommend a tour and a chat with the staff if you are looking for a memory care facility.

I appreciate the staff at Regent Court. They are easy to communicate with and honest in their answers about they can and can not provide. I came with a millions questions and they were very happy to answer each one and provide me with various resources to do comparative shops! I was informed of every follow up phone call that would be made and my time has always been respected. In touring various care communities I have to say the willingness of the management team to listen and work collectively as to team to solve whatever comes their way is impressive to say the least.

My father lives here- he loves it! He always speaks highly of the staff and how kind and caring everyone is! I have only experienced and witnessed pleasant, warm and friendly Interactions with staff. You guys work so hard and are amazing!!!! They have wonderful outings that my dad always enjoys, from whale watching on the coast and chowder at mo's, to going to a pumpkin farm and petting zoo. His favorite was the backyard BBQ! Zeth is great! He helped us through this difficult transition with kindness and patience. Any feedback I have given has been addressed immediately, and Zeth does a great job collaborating with us to find solutions to anything that may come up! They developed a flexible care plan with us so that my dad can continue important activities that help him maintain dignity and independence. I am so grateful for this wonderful place and all they have done for us! We finally have the family balance we needed and everyone is happy, especially my dad!!!

Both of my parents have been at Regent Court now for about 3 months. It's never easy to move a parent into a care facility and there are many challenges. I have appreciated so much the kind and gentle support of the administrative staff while managing this transition. Their chief nurse is beyond awesome not just in planning and supervising their care but she has unusually high emotional intelligence and gentle firm-handedness when dealing both with the patient and the family. I am blessed that my parents can receive care from such compassionate and talented people. My dad enjoys his meals and has attentive care whenever he needs it. My mom is completely bedridden and has unique needs that they are careful to attend to. They have three or four "neighborhoods" where residents have communal eating and entertainment areas including enclosed outdoor areas. The patient-to-staff ratio seems appropriate and better than I've seen at other facilities. The hospital, clinics, and urgent care facilities are one or two blocks away. I've seen newer, fancier, and much more expensive facilities which is why I've only given 4 stars. These newer facilities seem to have fewer staff to balance building costs versus employee costs. We preferred Regent Court over them and after 3 months I believe its the best place for my parents. I give it a high recommendation.

Staff need to care more and be more productive with missing items. I had purchased a big winter coat for my grandmother. She wore it once and then it was stolen. The day I moved her out I noticed her blanket was dirty. It looked like she may have had an accident. Someone with dementia shouldn't be responsible for putting their dirty laundry in the basket. Make sure you write your family members initials on EVERYTHING they own as laundry is a communal thing. They have one washer/dryer set. I had purchased a nice mattress protector. They took it off, washed it, and didn't put it back on. As someone that was new to a nursing home/memory care facility, I wasn't aware that everything needed to be marked. As a result, her brand new mattress became soiled. As I moved her out I asked where it was. No one could find it. To compensate me, they tried to give me a $10 plastic sheet. I paid about $50 for the original one. At one point I had to take my grandma to the ER. While there, the nurses had to clean her up as she had had an accident. They discovered dried feces on her legs, feet, and private area. I advised management when I returned to Regent. Unaware if anything was done. Make sure if something medically is going on with your family member that you be available 24/7 to call their doctor. A med tech was unable to reach my grandmas on-call doctor and called me to try. While at work I called the on-call doctor and was able to leave a message very quickly. It wasn't difficult. The caregivers are very friendly, but unappreciated by management and it shows. Also, I'm not sure how true this is, but I was told a caregiver was fired from their second job due to elder abuse. But was still employed by Regent Court. My grandma hated being at Regent. I ended up moving her to a brand new facility in Albany where she was much happier.

My mother has been a resident at Regent Court Memory Care for a little over a year. This is a population with a high level of individual needs which can, at times, be difficult to manage. I have been very impressed by and grateful for how kind and caring all the staff is - without exception. They are skilled in addressing whatever situation may arise. I feel my mother is safe and well cared for.

My aunt has been receiving care at Regent Court for more than four years, and I would say it has been an exceptional experience. The staff are caring and well trained. And friendly. Management has been consistent and sound, finding solutions to problems often before I know. The nurse is the BEST! She has been there a long time and plans to stay. A trip to the ER for my aunt confirmed how good her care is when the ER nurse noted that she was clean, no wounds or bruising, and well fed. She asked where my aunt was receiving such good care. This meant much to me. Highly recommend!
