I am here to recover from pnumonia. The people here are very friendly and helpful, but there's a gap between taking care of the people here and the medical personnel doing their job. I have talked to one doctor in my 2 1/2 weeks here. The Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and the Certified Medication Aides (CMA) work their tails off, but they can't treat anyone medically. They take messages to the nurse or other personnel and I see no help coming. I still have pnumonia, but I don't require antibiotics. My cough does not get treated unless I ask for medicine and then it comes from an otc bottle. Nothing stronger. I can do that at home. I would give five stars to the hard working aides and assistants. Minus two stars for the lack of medical help.

My mother was in skilled rehab for 54 days. She had excellent care with skilled and attentive CNA's and nurses. She progressed well through therapy and really enjoyed participating in the activities. I highly recommend the place.

I have worked here for 13 years! I have had opportunity to grow my career without having to change companies. My confidence in the leadership of this facility has grown over the years. I appreciate the continual effort that is made to remain up to date on all current infection control practices and ongoing educating and training of the nursing staff and CNA'S to ensure best practices are being followed. However it is the commitment to quality of care that I appreciate most, that problems or complaints are promptly responded to.

I've been working here for 3 years so far and it's been great! The environment is welcoming, every department has the best managers, and the nursing staff are superheros. Truly a wonderful place, the residents here are in the best hands. So many successful recovery stories here it's amazing, thanks to our therapy team!

Staff is kind and helpful, goes above and beyond to find information that is needed. The greeter at the front door is ALWAYS welcoming with a smile even though you can't see the smile you can see it in her face/eyes.

When it became obvious that my uncle wasn't getting the respect and care he deserves, and that the situation was no longer safe or acceptable, Anastasia and the team at Corvallis Manor helped us move mountains! My name is Gail standfill. I would like to thank the manor staff for saving my husband's life today. I spoke with the doctor and I told him, if it wasn't for you're quick action and great care this could have been fatal for my husband. I was there the 28th of this month and had a great meeting with the staff. I was very impressed with there knowledge. I myself was once a hospice nurse. I can't begin to say how clean and spiffy the place looks. I'm only giving 5 stars because I can't give 10. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication 🙂 I want to thank Naomi especially. She is a very caring nurse and we thank her so much for her hard work.

The Corvallis Manor certainly exceeded my expectations. My mother broke her femur near her hip. She got very good care and physical therapy. The facility is clean and smells good. The administrator is hands on. She and the staff go the extra mile.

Caroline was a lifesaver so many times. Heather was the best charge nurse that they have. Isa, Giselle, Tony, Anthony, and Ronda homemade staying at Corvallis Manor so much easier for me. The admittance was very smooth, and the discharge went even smoother. I recommend Corvallis Manor to anyone who is in need of a nursing facility or Rehabilitation and or has a family member in need.
