I am impassioned to leave this place

All staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. It is a happy cheery place for seniors with daily activities and entertainment. The nurses know the seniors and are able to attend to all their health care needs. The DOC, Chinnu is very knowledgeable and able to detect behaviour abnormalities or health concerns and quickly attends to any special needs of the residents by contacting the community professionals as needed. She attended a Health Care meeting with the LHIN Case Manager, The senior and his family to better plan for the extra care requirements to ensure mobility safety, etc. The General Manager, Michael Pichette was very accommodating in many ways to help meet special needs for the senior and in particular to allow special NeuroGym Mobilizing Equipment to be housed in a vacant area so that Qualicare staff could do customized sit-to-stand exercises with our loved one. The facility is clean, affordable and people like it there. I highly recommend Billingswood Manor for your loved one.
