We had so many good experiences here! I'm not gonna lie, in the 6 months our family was living there we did have a few bumps in the road and some communication issues but overall, the staff took great care of our family! Make sure you prepare yourself that your family member may have a hard time adjusting to being here; no one's fault, just super different from home and not always where they want to be. We are so grateful for all of the staff. Thank you for taking care of them so well.

We moved my father here in July, and he is thriving! The activities, staff, and socialization with other residents have made a huge improvement in his quality of life. The room is large and the view of the pond with the birds and squirrels keeps him engaged in things besides his television. I cannot say enough about the amazing staff. They truly care and are quick to resolve even the slightest issue if brought to their attention. Best decision we could have made!

Vitality OKC was perfect for us. In October 2021, my Mother needed assisted living. She and Dad had lived very happily at Statesman Club next door for almost four years. The staff at Vitality Living were capable, compassionate, and responsive. We knew hospice overwatch was also needed and Traditions Health Hospice were superb and worked seamlessly with Vitality staff including very rapid response as and when needed. — The paperwork was long and detailed, but all quite logical and okay. — The Vitality leadership and staff were incredibly helpful at every step of the way. Mom passed more quickly than expected and the location next to Dad’s home at Statesman Club made it easy for him to visit Mom several times a day while still taking his meals at home. Mom had many visitors and that all went smoothly. The move in and move out policies were clear and implemented graciously with amazing speed in welcoming us into their facility on short notice. Vitality worked seamlessly to transition from Independant Living at Statesman Club to Vitality Assisted Living. When my parents sold their home four years ago and chose an independent living facility, it was our hope and plan that Vitality would be available if and as needed. It worked wonderfully and I say a prayer of thanks for the blessing of the staff at Vitality Living every time I drive by to see Dad at Statesman. We had many alternatives and Vitality OKC was a great decision.

My mom recently moved here from another facility and I wish we had found Vitality sooner! The care she is receiving now is so improved. The staff at every level are top notch. They communicate well with the family and the direct caregivers are positive, kind and really care about the residents and their families.

My grandmother recently passed away at 93 years old. She lived here for a little over 3 years. They took amazing care of her. The care associates always new when she needed something and did a great job communication with our family. The events that we were invited to we so much fun!!! I have amazing memories of the time with my grandmother from her time at Brookdale Village. I am sad at the loss of my grandmother but know they took amazing care of her.

I have found the community to be very kind and loving! Ashley greets everyone at the front desk with a big sweet smile every day! The marketer Jan has a very good relationship with the residents families, and Nicole, Renee, Ashley, Ryan, Don, Stephanie, and the precious little housekeeper, just to name a few, are exceptional! What a great bunch of people!

My precious Mom is a resident at Brookdale. She is extremely happy here, and the staff is kind, loving, and thoughtful of her. She has a beautiful apartment that looks out onto a picturesque pond with a fountain, with geese and ducks. She has two bird feeders that we keep full for her. She is also allowed to have a pet, whom she adores. My mom raves about the gentleness and the kindness that is shown here each day. If ever I have concerns or questions about anything, the management is eager and willing to listen and help. If a criticism is given, they respond usually the next day to meet the needs of my mom. The food has not been the best, but they have greatly improved their meals since criticism was given. These people are friends to us, and I feel that they have been an answer to prayer for my mom and me. Also, whenever Mom has had a health issue, they responded immediately. One particular time I noticed that she was coming down with a cold, and her voice was scratchy. When I called them the next morning, they had already noticed that her voice was raspy, and had already taken X-rays of her chest. They are always on top of caring for her health. I cannot say enough good things about Brookdale, the facilities and the staff.

The overall atmosphere here is the best!! Everyone is so friendly and you feel right at home when you are there!! The staff and the Executive Director are willing to offer you a helping hand with ANYTHING! I would recommend Brookdale Village to anyone who is looking for an assisted living for themselves or for their parents!! Great experience!
