Not sure what’s going on but I do know this, Lisa Sanders and and Laura Federici made that place as good as it was! They were always very helpful and eager to make sure everything went well in that facility and we’re always kind to everyone who came through the door! It doesn’t get any better than those two women! I will be continuing to monitor the care of all the residents in the future. If I were the higher administrative personnel for this company, I would do whatever needs to be done to bring both women back and look at the “new” person you seem to be listening to! Their departure has hurt the atmosphere in that facility.

I’m an Executive Director at Southridge Place and I absolutely love what I do! I love my residents and my staff! I thrive on providing exceptional service to our residents and making sure my staff are well trained and have all the tools they need to do their job.
