This community is the best all the way around ! Care for our loved ones, clean, happy, medical services are absolutely the best, organized, they set the bar for how it should be. Come give your loved one an amazing life and yourself as a child peace of mind. The leadership cares and they all hold each other to high standards. You have the head leaders cell number. You are cared about. You can count on fun. Yep best place for life, rehab, clinical care or a new life at 80.

Sarah and Sandra were phenomenal! We had an emergency situation with which they helped. Our resident is content to be there. The rooms are nice sized, and all of the staff with whom we've worked have been top notch. Thank you!

We were so blessed to have brookdale. The staff is loving, caring and highly knowledgeable. Mom and Dad have moved on to heaven. Their last days were with great care.

My wife has been a resident in the memory care unit for three years now. The first several months were very difficult for me and her. However, the staff was very supportive, gave advice, and comfort. They assured me that what we were going through was normal. My wife is doing quite well now. I feel a lot has to do with the care she has gotten. They have encouraged me as well. I’ve been able to volunteer in the assisted living unit for several months now and have been accepted as part their team. This has really helped me through this difficult time. The residents are now part of my family. I have a special bond with the staff and residents . Sarah Vincenzo is a dedicated executive director. She’s been an inspiration to me.

The staff I’ve met at Brookdale are friendly, and most genuinely seem to care. The main spaces are clean and well-maintained. Like any assisted living facility, there is a high rate of staff turnover, but that is common in the industry. The housekeeping in my loved one's room could be improved, likely due to staffing challenges. However, I have been assured that this issue is being addressed. The director, Sarah, is responsive.

My father has been a resident at Brookdale for about 1 1/2 years. He has made friends there and likes the staff. The staff has always been attentive to his needs and notify me if there is any concerns about his status. I am very pleased about his stay at this facility.

My mom had stays in a few other facilities for recovery from some issues. We were so disappointed. Brookdale has been great. She is so happy and the staff is so good to her. They have a lot of great events and activities she has enjoyed. Any issues that come up are taken care of promptly. Highly recommend!

Ok,,,,,, My experience with housekeeping there is terrible. My mom's room is a mess. I've had to throw sheets and pillow cases away. Because she was made to sleep on them too long and they were absolutely filthy. I could not get them clean. There was an issue with them giving my mom showers. They weren't giving them to her. She was refusing them and I guess they were okay with it at the time until I started to throw a stink.They are now but they weren't then, even when we were paying extra for them. I have had a work order to have my mom's carpet cleaned in her apartment because her apartment stinks and it's gross.Still nothing done.My mom's apartment is not vacuumed, I vacuum it every weekend I come, and her bathroom's smells and it's not because of the kitty litter.

Relocating my parents to Brookdale Zanesville was one of the best moves we could ever make! Their staff is caring, personable, and professional as well. They make it feel safe and secure, and provide plenty of opportunities for involvement. I rest easy, knowing that the Brookdale staff is going above and beyond to care for my mother and the rest of the residents. Definitely a good choice!

Brookdale has been a blessing in so many ways to our mother and our family. Besides being a beautiful facility with an attentive staff, the staff seems to have genuine concern and care for the residents. Moving our mother from her beloved home to Brookdale has been a real trial for our family as it likely is for many families. But the staff has made an impossible task into a wonderful reality by showing us and our mother so much consideration and so often going the extra mile to try to help her have as normal of a life as possible. Sarah V. has been truly incredible. Whether it is small issues or large issues Sarah has been a TRUE Godsend for our mother. The quality of her advise and her caring guidance and provision have been nothing short of amazing. We cannot begin to thank her enough for all she has done.

From day 1 the Brookdale staff has been wonderful. When mom moved in everything was move in ready! The facility is very clean. The staff is always there to answer our questions and they are professional. Mom says the food is really good too! Great secluded area. Peaceful. It's so nice to know mom is in a safe place now.

My father has been very well taken care of at Brookdale. Sarah Vincenzo (executive director) and her entire staff have gone above and beyond to make his stay as comfortable and rewarding, especially during these trying pandemic days. She has conducted weekly Zoom meetings to keep families informed during Covid, since we have not been able to have direct conduct with our loved ones. Sarah even came in on her day off to help us celebrate Dad’s 95th birthday with a family Zoom celebration. The staff hung all of our decorations and really helped make the day special. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
