I have been an Employee at Brookdale for two Months, and I can for sure say that the company cares about every person under their roof, which includes not only their residents but their employees as well. At work, I walk by at least one person every day that makes my day better, and I can tell you without a doubt that in my short time working with them that my Brookdale coworkers value respect and kindness; for The Cooks knew I had a disability And took the time to let me know what to do and ensured they were there to help if I had questions. Because of this, I feel like I can go to them with anything, so they become a family; I also see that whenever there is a new resident, the coworkers and seniors are both caring and welcoming. I have worked at Brookdale Zanesville for almost two years. I started out in the Business Office and now working as Sales manager. I love working for Brookdale Zanesville because it’s like family. Everyone is always there and willing to help whenever needed. When you work here you aren’t just a team member you are a family member. The residents and staff are so welcoming and always always there.

From day 1 the Brookdale staff has been wonderful. When mom moved in everything was move in ready! The facility is very clean. The staff is always there to answer our questions and they are professional. Mom says the food is really good too! Great secluded area. Peaceful. Its so nice to know mom is in a safe place now.

Having worked here for over 3 years Ive never felt more supported as a medical professional. Great company, leadership who works beside you and with you, easily reached for all needs. Having family here as well I can say our residents family is loved and our lives are devoted to them. Nurses are highly praised and thanked. The most devoted nurses, and caring I have ever known. We have fun and happy residents that get the care they deserve while living. Thankful for Brookdake Zaneville.

My father has been very well taken care of at Brookdale. Sarah Vincenzo (executive director) and her entire staff have gone above and beyond to make his stay as comfortable and rewarding, especially during these trying pandemic days. She has conducted weekly Zoom meetings to keep families informed during Covid, since we have not been able to have direct conduct with our loved ones. Sarah even came in on her day off to help us celebrate Dads 95th birthday with a family Zoom celebration. The staff hung all of our decorations and really helped make the day special. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

This should be everyone first choice. During this pandemic they have stayed in touch with me and help mom to FaceTime me weekly. The leader does family zoom meetings every weeks as a group so we are updated on what is being done to keep our loved ones safe. This teams experience and dedication really shows. They used sidewalk chalk to thank families For all the food, ice cream and snacks and told us they love our parents. This is an place you can trust and I know mom is safe. Hats off to dietary for a good job. It feels good to see how the floor staff go beyond and look out for my mom. Its rough times and the one thing that helps is I can trust the team at Brookdale Zaneville.

This is an environment of well trained staff, excellent care, peace and fun. I would recommend anyone to place the parents here. Residents and families are close and enter aged. Very clean and excellent food. I find clinical care to be on top of care needs. Physicians come to the community.

My mother and father are enjoying themselves tremendously at the Brookdale Community. We searched high and low to find the best place for them to live in Zanesville. We couldn't be more thrilled with our choice. The staff truly love the residents. We are very happy.

The physical therapists at Brookdale are phenomenal! After my 90 year old mother fell and broke her ankle, and then moved into Brookdale at the end of July, the physical therapists there immediately began working with my mom's orthopedic doctor to develop a plan tailored for her needs. Before breaking her ankle, my mom could not even walk from the car into a restaurant without being short of breath. She could not walk from her living room to her bedroom without huffing. After working with the therapists, Mom can now proudly walk to the dining room and back, to Bingo, into her doctor's office, etc. without shortness of breath. The therapists have also worked with her to solve many problems, such as being able to get up out of a chair without help. The therapists even came to my split foyer house to work with my mom on walking up and down the porch steps and stairs so she could be ready to be part of the family Christmas celebrations. Brookdale has helped my mother in so many ways. The physical therapists are just one amazing part of the assisted living program. I can't say enough about how they've enriched my mother's life. She's in better shape than she has been for many years. Thank you to the physical therapists, as well as to everyone at Brookdale for all of your continued support.
