I am leaving here after four weeks of rehab. I cannot find words to describe how wonderful this place. If you have to go somewhere for rehab, Friends should be at the top of your list.All of the staff were exceptional. Everyone was very professional and competent. The nurses and aides are always there to help, P Therapists and O therapists are very knowledgeable and friendly. Office staff work hard to make your staff to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

My mother has received excellent care during each of her stays at Friends Care, and continues to do so now during this difficult time of pandemic-related lockdown. I am SO grateful to the administration, staff, and caregivers for all they are doing to keep Mom safe, happy, comfortable, and well looked-after. Mere words really cannot express my love and gratitude.

My mom was at friends assisted living for 8 years before her death at age 90 staff (with the exception of one person who was fired) were great. Administrator Hannah was fabulous, friendly, professional, kept me informed of medical or social concerns, and truly seemed to love my mom. I never worried about my mom loved all the family activities. The grounds are phenomenal well tended. Thanks to everyone who took care of Gert!

I used Friends Cares outpatient rehabilitation for physical therapy. I had rotator cuff surgery and utilized their facility and services for my initial PT. Rob, the Physical Therapist who worked with me during my initial rehabilitation was awesome. He was both knowledgeable and attentive. The rest of the staff was very open and friendly. I was extremely glad I had utilized this facility.

Staff is very attentive generous ! Jeremy the PT keeps Noel challenged with daily goals Noels progress is on task! Pain has been well managed by a good cocktail of pain medications that is provided around the clock Noel likes the food 2! Much better than my cooking

My grandma passed away yesterday after six years of treatment at Friends Community Care Center. I live on the other side of the ocean in Korea but the warm hearted staff always made me feel confident that she was in good hands. My grandma has always been my best friend and I am extremely protective and picky about who I feel comfortable leaving her with. I would recommend this nursing home to anyone whos in the tough position of having to move their family member to more advanced medical care but still wanting them to feel that they are in their own home.

I visited a client in the facility and had a joyful time speaking with the staff and others who live at the facility. I sat down during their lunch and was offered a meal of which I declined but the offer was nice. The place is clean, presentable and the food looked very nutritious; I didnt hear any complaints.The atmosphere seemed to be very inviting.

We had such fun at the ice cream social at Friends .Care last Sunday afternoon. It was great to observe the interactions between some of our older folks with 5 to 7 year olds. Lots of questions after we left from my crowd of 5 young ones about white hair,wheel chairs, and smiling faces as the group interacted with each other. The face painting along with the delicious ice cream added to the fun day.

The assisted living staff and facilities are first rate. The staff is so caring and food is very good for most. 5 stars easy.However the nursing home rehab section appears to be under staffed. They do not seem to care as much about their patients. My mum can not communicate and has chronic back, arms, and hip pain. They seem to be unaware of her issues. I have witnessed rough treatment on at least two occasions to the point mum screams in pain.Contrary, There is one assistant that I have to mention. A young lady named Ida. I saw her lify mum with a little help from mum from bed to a chair. She explained what she was doing each step of the way and was so gentile but firm. Her TLC was awesome!!!!! I was choked up on how well she treated mum. Mum liked her so well that she grabbed Idas hand to thank her. Ida is a true angle of merci. Thank you Ida!!!4 stars

Friends Care came into our lives at just the right time. Every single person at Friends cares for our mother with such skill and wonderful kindness. She is cared for by each person, including her nurses and aides, physical therapy, dietary staff, housekeeping staff, laundry staff, activities staff,and administration staff, always, as if she was their own mother. For this part of her lifes journey, it is a blessing for her to be in this remarkable place and part of the Friends Care family. And, the Friends Care family is now our family, too.

My mother has been a resident at Friends Care for 19 months.The staff is a group of sweet,caring ,wonderful people.I cant imagine her being anywhere else.We are there everyday. We see the level of care.The nurses and aides are phenomenal! Thank you all so much. Friends are family to us.
