Home Well has been great for times when I can't visit my father but need somebody I can trust to be with him for a few hours several days a week. They spend quality time getting to know the person and doing the things the person likes to do and they keep family informed of how the loved one is doing. I whole-heartedly recommend HomeWell Care Services. I felt that they truly cared about my mom and her well-being. To start, the care manager comes to your home to learn about your loved one's needs, so care is highly personalized. They also try to schedule the same caregiver whenever possible. If they must make a change, they let you know so there are no surprises. The caregivers were kind and trustworthy. I had complete faith entrusting my mom's care to them.

I was recovering from a ruptured patella. The care workers that helped me for four hours at a time once a week were creative, personable and intelligent. They drove me to appointments and to pick up called-in groceries, did my laundry, vacuumed, encouraged my healing, and were very much appreciated by me. Large employee turnover with caregivers and with the office staff. We signed a contract for care for my mother and quickly realized we made a mistake. They sent 4 different caregivers within 3 weeks. The caregivers were very nice but this is not what we were expecting. In my opinion this is an unprofessional way to run a home health service. We recently switched to Visiting Angels and couldn’t be happier.

My mother has Alzheimer's and lives in a local facility. She's safe there but miserable without friends. Homewell companions have been with her from their time as her wingman in Assisted Living to one-on-one companionship as she's become more confused. Homewell has done a great job adjusting as mom's needs adjust. They react and adjust appropriately when I let them know a companion assigned to a shift, and my mom, did not connect well. They are also quick to respond if someone is late or calls off and gets cover onsite ASAP....they call me, not the other way around.

Homewell was with my dad when I could not be there. I live about 2 hours away and just couldnt be there for everything. They took great care of him and at the best price. The case manager Amanda went out of her way to visit him and even went over to flip the breakers for us when the power went out! We had such a good experience with the Homewell staff. Tammy took amazing care of my mother. It was always the highlight of her day. They would play cards read and talk. Tammy took a genuine interest in my mothers life. She took care of all of my moms personal needs. Tammy was always conscientious of my moms dignity which meant a lot to our family. At 95, he needs a lot of special attention, and the bonding that he has developed with his Personal Assistant is comforting for him, and us as well.
