I usually dont do reviews, but today I have to because someone posted a bad review concerning my work place. I have been working in this building for 20 years and love the building and the team. They is a saying that says dont forget where you come from and how you got where you are . To me its a blessing to have a job with Bickford of Worthington. I love what I do and so grateful for everything the company has done for me. Look around, many people dont have a job. Erin For you to say such a thing after you worked here its a shame. Bickford gave you a job at least be grateful. I wonder what people benefit from saying bad things about the company. What do you want the families to think about us. We care for the residents like our own. Most of us dont have our parents here so the residents become our family members. Whatever it takes... I dont mind cleaning the residents rooms to make them happy What do you do extra?. people that are not happy in life always try to do something to hurt others. Life is too short to be mad at the world or a company that gave you a job..I wonder what you will say about the company you work for now if something happens to you and you leave. We are in Healthcare for a reason to care. You will never know if the company you are trashing right now might end up buying the company you work for. Please if you dont have anything good to say, dont say anything. Some of us we still work here and we need families to bring their loved ones here because we care. Before you say anything look in the mirror. Appreciate what they did for you. To all families that are looking for a place for your loved one please call us . This Branch has soooo many staff members to even start naming on here that Do Whatever It Takes on a daily basis to ensure residents are well cared for. No one ever turns down a task that has to do with a resident. It is amazing how much everyone looks out for the residents. The Director Matt goes home after long work days and builds chairs, tables, items not to even say that Matt and our amazing Maintenance Todd re built the whole Bistro area just in time for spring time and more activities. No questions asked a place I would refer my loved ones.

An older facility with confusing hallways and tired decor in the common areas. Those are to be redecorated come Jan. Only studio apartments available which are too small for my parents.

We liked the staff who were very caring to my mom's need. The community was clean and we liked the environment. They offer my mom a lot of healthy choices. We were glad to see that she was activities with the other residents with the many activities. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one to other families.

So far this seems to be a nice community for my mother, and her needs. She is doing well, and they are taking good care of her, and her needs. The staff from what I have seen is fine. They provide nice meals, and have good activities available for the residents. The experience is going well so far, and this is a community that might get my recommendation.

The memory care staff at this community are focused on the residents. They know how to care for them. There is a good ratio of caregivers to residents. The caregivers get to know the residents and each of their individual needs. Mom loves the food and the community is very clean. The memory unit is a lockdown area, however they do have an outside patio the residents can enjoy. They offer daily activities and short trips out.

Really top notch care. This ended up being primarily a hospice situation for my mother and we could not have asked for a better situation for that. Comfortable with excellent care. . The staff was available and attentive to her needs. She was comfortable with the care and community. They were able to assist her in every way possible. The community we found to be clean and maintained. I would recommend this community for everything they did to help my mom. Nice place. Highly recommended.
