What a wonderful place to work. The management staff here is all in about the resident, but also the employees. There are so many opportunities for the employees here, they have hero with the month. They have incentives if you punch in and out on your schedule on time each time. Today because it was so hot outside, they offered everyone a popsicle and Gatorade. I have never seen a resident complain about care. The nurses and care management staff continually talk to each other about what is going on. The meals here are wonderful. They try to cater to everyone’s different needs. Even doing gluten-free, vegan, and anything else they may need to have made separately. The servers and cooks are always friendly. There are a variety of activities here. Everything from sitting in volleyball to hangman to bingo. And those who like cards there is a poker club. And every Wednesday they take a trip somewhere either for lunch or this week, they’re going to the Westside market. Our memory care unit residence are always welcome to go also. If you have a loved one, and you would like a place for them to be taken care of. I would look here first.

All of the staff is very helpful and hands on, management is always open for communication both with the residents and staff, and even the residents are very helpful in welcoming new faces whether they are working or moving into the building.

My dad moved into Fairmont in April 2023 after a medical emergency left him unable to live at home alone. After touring a number of facilities, when I walked into Fairmont, it immediately felt different. The friendliness of the staff and their level of care and concern for all of the residents was evident. The residents have lots of opportunities to participate in activities, games, groups for different interests, etc. My family comes up often and my 3 children have become the adopted grandchildren for many of the residents. This facility feels more like an all-inclusive home and we couldn't be happier with our choice.

We had to move my dad to assisted living in July of 2022. I am from out of town but came to visit several places with my brother to pick a place. We felt the best about Fairmont based on the culture and atmosphere they had there. The price was very reasonable as well. My dad was very angry to be going there instead of home from the hospital and then rehab but there was no choice. Our 84 year old mother couldn't give him all the care he was in need of at home. Fairmont did a wonderful job trying to make him feel at home although he was very difficult at first. They intentionally placed him at a lunch table with 3 very friendly guys in the hopes that he would make friends. The place he was at before for rehab for a month let him lie in bed all day and get weaker, but Fairmont was adamant that he get out of bed and they got him walking again with a walker. My mom came to visit every day and they were kind and reassuring to her. They would call her with anything that happened that was out of the ordinary, like if he fell, etc. My mom doesn't like change at all but raved about Fairmont especially compared to the facilities he was at before and where he had to go for skilled nursing after. Sadly his health has declined and he is in hospice so he won't be back to Fairmont but I want to thank them for all they did for our family.

I have enjoyed working with the community for many years. I know the staff very well and trust their expertise. They are very compassionate and work hard to create an environment that makes all of the residents happy in their daily lives. It’s important to know my clients are in good hands and I trust the care they provide as it is above what many assisted livings can offer. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team!

My father has lived at Brighton Gardens for over five weeks and he is very happy there, staff is friendly and very helpful. He really enjoys the food, always looking forward to breakfast and dinner. I happy with our decision choosing Brighton Gardens as my Dad's new home.

My Grandma Jude is moving in on the 20th. This facility looks beautiful! Very happy she will be here with a great staff and care! Update to present day. Its everything I could of ever hoped for! They have done a womderful job with my grandmother. Very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

Brighton Gardens stands apart from other facilities by the amazing care the workers give to their residents. My sister has been at this facility for 2 years, and every caregiver has been kind and compassionate in their dealings with her. They treat her like family. I couldn't ask for more!!

My dad has been very happy from the day he moved in he always let's me know we did a great job by finding this place for him he thanks me everyday and also so happy to have his cat . He loves everyone there. I'm just glad to see him so happy when we come to visit. A place for mom also helped us find the place.

Independent and Assisted living residents seem to get more activities and stimulation than the Memory residents. Take a whiff when you arrive and tour the areas, look around at the conditions of areas.

The staff at Brighton gardens are wonderful. They took excellent care of our mom. They were her family when we could not be there because of Covid. The caretakers had patience and compassion. They went above and beyond to make sure mom did not feel like she was alone during her stay. The staff are truly our heroes! Thank you all.

Brightons Gardens called me at 4:06 pm the day before my Dad was being discharged from the hospital to say they weren’t allowing him back. Stating it was not a good fit anymore. Although they told the hospital case manger it was do to his behaviours!! He has Alzheimer’s his behaviours vary!! So if your family member is not pleasant and cooperative this not the place them!!

My mother is a resident. I am a travel nurse who lives in MT. I loved everyone I met. She is doing better than she ever has. Brain cancer may have left her handicapped but Brighten Gardens is fixing what she lost slowly. I am so grateful to see her so happy. Thank you.
