The Gardens At Liberty Park delivers specialized care for assisted living and Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
We offer several styles of units to choose from in sizes to fit all senior needs. There is plenty of storage space, private bathrooms, and each apartment. The grounds are professionally maintained for the benefit of our residents and their guests. Members of our staff are extensively trained to care for senior Streetsboro residents and everything they need. We continually strive to assist our residents for the highest quality of life we can provide for them. The Gardens At Liberty Park meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. Private dining, family style, cookouts, picnics are all available for every style of meal that could be desired. We can accommodate for nearly every type of diet.

The food is terrible. Not a well balanced meal. Sunday meals tuna sandwich? No nice Sunday meals. They say they hired a chef , I don't think so with the kinds of meal they provide. frozen foods warmed up. (Processed Foods). The residents deserve more and better food! They had a family Christmas dinner and the roast was so tough. I was so embarrassed for them. Covid is going round in this place , very unclean rooms they are not disinfected even after the resident isn't under isolation anymore. Cleaning is done with warm water. Smells like straight urine in the building as soon as you walk through the door. Aides take forever to come help after string is pulled. No supervision at night!

Absolutely blessed to have such a great place for my loved one to be! The care given by Jessica is beyond what is expected and the amount of appreciation we and all of the other families have for her is endless, her work ethic is like no other seen before! Such a kind, caring, loving, outgoing, hard working person she is! She is the sunshine of second shift! We vote her number one on this end!

My husband was admitted to the Memory Care unit in February 2019. He lived there for 10 months until his death. I was very pleased with his care. The staff was very caring and met his needs. Many of the care staff and nursing have worked at the facility for many years. I visited him almost daily and met staff of other areas visiting their loved ones who lived in the Memory Care unit.

I have 2 family members that live here. One lives in the memory unit, and the other in the assisted living area. My family and I are very grateful for the great care that our family members are receiving. The staff, especially the nurses are very compassionate. You can feel the sense of family when you see the staff interacting with the residents.

I enjoy working at the Gardens of Liberty Park. The most thing I enjoy about my job is the residents the smiles and the hugs you get makes your day. Im glad I can be a part of their daily life. It really makes my job more enjoyable.

The Gardens of Liberty Park is a great place to live. All staff is attentive to residents needs. Caregivers are loving and caring to each person. Surroundings are neat and clean. You need to see for yourself come on in and take a look around.

I have lived here for 16years and now we are the GARDENS of liberty park since August of last year and I really love the management team.And our Nurses who have been here for a long time here.And the caring caregivers and all kitchen people.And the activities too.As Well as our great housekeeping and maintenance.And I am very happy to see that renovations that they have started.And it will be great to see and I am inviting you to stop by and see all that is going on.And its a great place for you to a loved one here !
