My dear friend is in memory care at the facility. She seems well cared for in general. I feel the activities need to be developed more. Residents basically watch tv or not. This needs attention. The business manager turnover rate is high, performance poor. This is third month where funds were not deducted for our bill. No communication from the manager. I would like to see improvements in areas mentioned. Also the facility is clean and well kept.
