Caring
We liked Brookdale Richmond Heights and, if we choose to move forward, thats the facility we would probably move my mom in. They had daily activities that vary from dance and crafts; they had a lot of different activities. She would have her own apartment. They share bathrooms, but you have a choice. You can have your own individual apartment, or she can have a shared bathroom. Its nice and you could bring your own furniture. We liked the facility. Its very clean, the staff was really friendly, and its very secure. Its a nice facility for my mom.

I visited Brookdale for my mother. It was a terrific place. I was very impressed with it. I was also impressed by the lady who took me on a tour. The atmosphere was very peaceful. It was very quiet, peaceful, and everything looked very nice. It seemed like the ideal place. The apartments were set up very nicely. They looked comfortable and livable. They may not have been as roomy as I would have liked, but they were big enough for the purpose. They were clean and very well kept. The atmosphere was very nice.

Our experience with Brookdale Richmond Heights has been fine. I think they are right on top of things, and the food has been fine. I have been very pleased. The staff is very good. The dining room is roomy and airy. They have entertainment.
