I have worked for Elmcroft for 5 years Elmcroft is a friendly and loving place for the residents. The residents seem happy to be here and enjoy the activities and programs we have. The staff is very caring and takes into consideration the feelings of the residents. The employees go above and beyond to help in any way needed. The management team is very caring and takes into consideration the residents needs also. It has been an enjoyable 5 years at Elmcroft!

I have been with Elmcroft of Ontario for over 4 years; it is a great place to work. We strive to be resident centered and also staff centered. We treat your loved one like part of our family and we embrace their differences no matter what they are. Employee appreciation happens on a regular basis and we truly do appreciate all staff. Elmcroft is a nice and friendly facility. They often do various activities that many look forward to like potlucks, dress down days, and the annual Christmas party that everyone looks forward to each year. The hiring process was easy and all duties were made clear from the beginning. Sometimes we may have to be mandated or work over when the company needs you to, but making sure our lovely residents are being cared for is a priority here.

I have worked at Elmcroft for 4 years and find it to be a great place to work. The company truly seems to value their employees and incorporates fun days and other employee perks as part of their ongoing normal practice. The residents are lovely and after the initial transition into the building seem to perk up and thrive. Lots of activities to keep residents entertained. Great Food!

I decided to pick this facility for my Mother because it was the closest to me and they had an immediate opening. The administration took the time to sit down and talk with us. Everything happened so quickly and the staff members were accommodating us just as quick. Everyone here is so friendly and personable. They treat my Mother very well and they really care about her. The facility itself looks clean, smells clean, and its on the smaller side. For activities, they offer church services, singing groups, trips out to eat, a courtyard to walk around, and a small library. This community is a great fit for my mom and I would recommend it to other families.

Elmcroft of Ontario did a great job looking after my Dad. The facility itself was a nice looking, well run, clean place, and the staff were all very friendly. They seemed to do an excellent job looking after all of my residents, and they did their best to make sure Dad was comfortable.
