My mother, recently passed on January 9th at age 96, and her last 2 yrs, she was a resident of Wedgewood Estates. EVERYONE and I do mean everyone, was wonderful to Mom. The facility is staffed with very compassionate nurses, aides, cleaning crew, kitchen help, maintenance as of course their Director Gloria and Secretary Helen, who always addressed any questions we had immediately. The Owners are often present and making sure everything runs efficiently. Mom was well cared for. The activities are well planned out and special care is always made to include all the residents, when they are able. The decor inside is calming and beautiful, as are the outside grounds where often Mom loved sitting by the back gazebo in the summer,. This place went out of their way to make my mothers stay comfortable and I will be forever grateful for their care and kindness they gave our Mother and my brother Richard and I. We highly recommend Wedgewood.

The residents are not the owners priority , they are just a dollar sign. They are always short staff. My grandmother was in there and she always had to wait 15 to 20 mins for a call light. She complained about the food, they serve what they think is high quality meat and it is not, do not be fooled by the pretty advertisements.

Was searching for the Wedgewood address and thought I’d leave a little review. My grandparents live in an apartment at Wedgewood. They really enjoy it, even though my grandpa was hesitant at first to leave their previous home. They receive large, quality cooked meals daily, and have assistance when needed from nursing staff. They also have cleaning biweekly I believe, which is so good to hear as an extended family member who doesn’t live close enough to help. I’m glad they are taken care of.

So fortunate to have a found such a high quality assisted living facility in the Mansfield area as Wedgewood Estates. My mother-in-law has enjoyed living in one of the on site garden homes for nearly three years and we’re so very grateful for the quality care and attention she has received from a truly dedicated staff.

I have know Wedgewood since it first open and it has always been a great place. It is filled with people who love serving the people who live there, and a lot of them have been working there for a long time. The ownership is very involved and hands on. I would put my loved ones there and know that they were is great hands if the need arose .

I have visited Wedgewood Estates many times and the staff is warm and friendly. Everything is clean and has a homey feeling. I gave a piano recital there when I was younger and it is a fond memory. I can wholeheartedly recommend Wedgewood Estates”both the apartments and the condominiums are very nice!

The Casto family is a family of integrity. Consistently, when I am in Wedgewood, they continue to impress me with their level of care and respect. This is a premier residential facility in the area. For me, the names Wedgewood and Casto have become synonymous with courtesy and compassion. I am so pleased they continue their fine tradition of care in the Mansfield area.

When my husband passed away and I could no longer care for my father in law alone. I entrusted his care to the staff of Wedgewood Estates. And am so thankful for all the loving care he received. Some may recognize me as also working at Wedgewood Estates and other in my own home there is no other place I wanted him to be. I was already part of the Wedgewood Family and when Dad was admitted they welcomed him with open arms as we do each resident and family. The home like atmosphere along with the attentive staff was a blessing to him, myself and the rest of our family. He actually gained weight when he was admitted like many residents do because he was getting 3 meals a day. He would tell me how good the food was, he enjoyed the companionship of the other residents. When it is nice outside we have porches for them to sit on and enjoy the weather. Some even take their walkers and go for a walk along the sidewalks/drives for some exercise. If you still have any doubts about the care we give our Residents I strongly encourage you to please come for a drop in tour to have a look around, meet our Residents and see their smiling faces and see the staff interaction for yourself. I would love to meet you and answer any questions you may have.

My aunt was there. Her room was very dirty man y times when we arrived. Her clothes were not clean a lot of times. Her clothes were never buttoned correctly. Security was very lax. I found several residents roaming parking lot on several occasions. You could go in at 10 at night and see residents or take them out and no one ever stopped you. Food was her spicy for residents. Pizza and green beans and tossed salad served at night or Mexican food. Very disappointing. Difficult to find anyone to help residents.
