The residents are not the owners priority , they are just a dollar sign. They are always short staff. My grandmother was in there and she always had to wait 15 to 20 mins for a call light. She complained about the food, they serve what they think is high quality meat and it is not, do not be fooled by the pretty advertisements.

As a close family, it broke our hearts when Mom was diagnosed with cancer and could no longer live at home. So it was very important to us to find a "home away from home" where the staff truly cared for her comfort and welfare. Wedgewood Estates was the facility of our dreams, and surpassed all expectations. It is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean, with spacious rooms and first class food service and amenities. Best of all, the staff treated someone we dearly loved with kindness and compassion. Every single person we interacted with during her stay was amazing. Perhaps the pride of ownership of a family owned business is partly responsible for the dedication toward residents and their families. But whatever the reason, caring and empathy were in abundance. There are no adequate words to express how blessed we feel for the good experience we had during a very difficult time in our lives. We will be forever grateful that Mom received loving care to make her last days, and highly recommend Wedgewood. With gratitude, The Poffenbaugh family

Finding the right place for your loved one is not a easy task. Fortunately, we found Wedgewood Estates. The facility is well maintained, very nice and clean, rooms are very spacious and the food is excellent. We cant say enough about the staff, the love and care our loved one received gave us peace of mind knowing that our loved one was in good hands. We feel so blessed and are so thankful that we found this beautiful facility and the amazing staff that they have. Extra kudos for Gloria, she always had time for us with any questions or concerns we had and a hug too. We highly recommend Wedgewood Estates, definitely five stars and more. I have visited Wedgewood Estates many times and the staff is warm and friendly. Everything is clean and has a homey feeling. I gave a piano recital there when I was younger and it is a fond memory. I can wholeheartedly recommend Wedgewood Estates—both the apartments and the condominiums are very nice!

I have know Wedgewood since it first open and it has always been a great place. It is filled with people who love serving the people who live there, and a lot of them have been working there for a long time. The ownership is very involved and hands on. I would put my loved ones there and know that they were is great hands if the need arose .

So fortunate to have a found such a high quality assisted living facility in the Mansfield area as Wedgewood Estates. My mother-in-law has enjoyed living in one of the on site garden homes for nearly three years and were so very grateful for the quality care and attention she has received from a truly dedicated staff.

The Casto family is a family of integrity. Consistently, when I am in Wedgewood, they continue to impress me with their level of care and respect. This is a premier residential facility in the area. I worked for the Casto family for over 28 years at Lexington Court. Ive also worked for them several times at Wedgwood . Wedgwood always had excellent food and the residents were always treated with the utmost dignity and respect. The rooms were always clean and laundry was done everyday. I would highly recommend Wedgwood to anyone. Bill and Randy knows anytime they need help all they have to do is call or text me and I would be willing to help.

I love my Wedgewood family! We have 3 or 4 staff members who have been with us since our opening 23 years ago, as well as several for 15 or more! During the pandemic, I have watched them stick together and dig in deep to keep our residents safe and healthy! I am proud of our amazing group of staff members!

While looking into several different facilities we chose our top 2 favorites for my love one to see. She chose this community because of their homey atmosphere. Most of the places that we saw had that institutional feeling. She likes the feel of this facility, she liked the way it looked, it was decorated nicely, and the staff was also welcoming. The lady who runs the place during the day is very helpful and nice. Its also interesting how the place is laid out. There are two main hallways that go back and every so often there is an open area with sofas and book shelves. Then the rooms would go off that area. Its like when the residents walk out of their rooms they walk into their living room. The residents can sit out there in these areas, read, and talk with one another. It is a really nice place and my love one seems to enjoy it here.

When my husband passed away and I could no longer care for my father in law alone. I entrusted his care to the staff of Wedgewood Estates. And am so thankful for all the loving care he received. Some may recognize me as also working at Wedgewood Estates and other in my own home there is no other place I wanted him to be. I was already part of the Wedgewood Family and when Dad was admitted they welcomed him with open arms as we do each resident and family. The home like atmosphere along with the attentive staff was a blessing to him, myself and the rest of our family. He actually gained weight when he was admitted like many residents do because he was getting 3 meals a day. He would tell me how good the food was, he enjoyed the companionship of the other residents. When it is nice outside we have porches for them to sit on and enjoy the weather. Some even take their walkers and go for a walk along the sidewalks/drives for some exercise. If you still have any doubts about the care we give our Residents I strongly encourage you to please come for a drop in tour to have a look around, meet our Residents and see their smiling faces and see the staff interaction for yourself. I would love to meet you and answer any questions you may have.
