New resident: I will be moving in, in about a week. This place is the best of all the ones that I looked at. The most important thing that I noticed was that the people were very friendly and openly greeted me. Other places that I looked at, the people kind of peered at me. I am very excited to move in. It almost feels like Christmas. The place is beautifully decorated. It has the feel of an expensive New York hotel. The rooms have all the appliances including a four burner stove. The rooms are very large and well lit. They are also very affordable. I looked at others that cost more but offered much less. So pleased with the care and compassion and involvement for my husband and that they keep me informed. The above is still true, but with the increase in residents, it is my opinion that they need to increase the staff. It is a long distance from one end to the other. There are some residents that need more attention than others and they do a great job with them, but it takes a lot of their time. It is just my observation by spending time with my husband. I do appreciate the care that he gets. Thanks for the fix on the door to the patio. So Magnolia residents can come in and out on their own. Much safer for them in my humble opinion.

I moved into The Waterford 2 months ago and could not be happier with my decision. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They all have good attitudes. The food is delicious and there are lots of options. I would highly recommend The Waterford at Mansfield for others who need assistance.

Nothing is good during a pandemic, but the Waterford makes it bearable. You have an apartment you can decorate to your taste. The staff feeds you well and they take good care of us. We have weekly cleaning services. It doesnt get much better.

My father has been a resident of the Waterford for the past five years. The apartments here are larger than they are at most facilities, but still very easy for a Senior to maneuver around. The staff is very friendly and gets to know each resident personally. The dining hall is my fathers favorite. Its beautiful, and he orders off of a menu that changes daily.

Ive worked here at The Waterford for 5 months now. The residents are great, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the food is high quality, and there is a great team atmosphere. The staff here goes the extra mile on a consistent basis for each other and the residents here. Strong and supportive leadership, the facility is always clean, the residents rooms are always clean, and its a great place to work and for seniors to live.

A lively, welcoming, beautiful community where seniors enjoy worry free living. The building is exceptionally clean and maintained. The entire staff, anyone from nursing, to dietary, get to know each resident personally and make them feel like family. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure the residents and their families have an overall great experience.

My parents have lived there for 3 months now and are much happier than they were with their prior independent living arrangements. They continuously brag about the caring, kind staff and delicious food. They enjoy the daily interaction with staff and other residents, with whom theyve made several good friends. Knowing they are in such good hands has taken a load off my shoulders. My experience has been great too as all of the staff has been very helpful each time Ive called with questions. I would definitely recommend the Waterford to anyone looking for senior living.

As a resident here, they take good care of us. I especially appreciate the means they took to keep us safe from Covid, we had very low incidents. We didnt like being quarantined but understood it was necessary. The staff is always polite, friendly, and courteous to us.

The Waterford has recently had beneficial changes in the leadership team. I am the Wellness Director and have been back home for 1.5 years (I was the Care Coordinator from 15-17). I cannot imagine serving residents at any other community. I look forward to everyday with our residents and employee team. Our food is great! Our activities are great! Our residents are the BEST!

The Waterford at Mansfield is a beautiful community with the most caring and loving staff around. We absolutely loved the large apartments, the clean and bright halls and the amazing staff that were full of smiles. Activities were in abundance and the food was incredible. I would highly recommend this community to everyone around. There has been many change this past year and every single one has been for the positive. The staff is so kind and friendly and truly enjoy what they do. My family has been so pleased with this 5 star community.

My mother has lived at The Waterford for 2 1/2 years and we could not be more pleased. When it became apparent that it was time to move Mom from her home of 50+ years making the decision on an assisted living was one of the most difficult of our lives. The staff of The Waterford made everything about this transition so smooth and pleasant for Mom and us kids. Questions and concerns are addressed and resolved promptly and professionally. I truly see every day that the staff care for the residents as if caring for their own family.

Mom lived here from March 2015 until her death in July 2016. Like most seniors she'd rather have been living independently in her own home... She THRIVED here and I had the piece of mind knowing she was well taken care of. The nursing staff and aids treated her with respect and kindness -- always knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and her needs. I ate with her numerous times a month, the food and service were good. Overall, the management and staff were excellent and I highly recommend this facility to anyone.

My mother has lived here several years now and the food is going downhill.one recent visit they had split pea soup and it was a bowl of water with canned peas floating in it.their burgers used to be really good now they look like a paper thin sausage party.just today went down for Christmas lunch they had prime rib that sounded good but it was really think and tough as show leather could not eat it.the staff all seem really nice and friendly but they really need to improve the meals for as much as they charge the residents.these are our parents and grandparents living in these places and deserve to be treated better.
