Best choice! I talked to Amy the Sales Director, and she was so compassionate to my needs and what we had been through. She made me feel like I was at home and a family member and was so gracious. The nurse Vanessa understood our situation and met us with care and kindness. We have been to many others, and this was the only that felt like home instead of " A Home."

However; when you come to Mansfield place we welcome you in as family, and truly have the best care & compassion for your loved one. Is food important to your loved one? We cook all our foods fresh. (No frozen foods) While you are here, try Olga's fresh baked cookies! They are the best! What makes us different? We "Age in place". What that means is; we allow the resident to age gracefully here and as their needs progress we allow them to stay here in their community. Some communities might send them to a memory unit, or skilled facility. We allow them to "age in place" here so they don't have to move again. We can do hoyer lifts, 2 assist, all the way to hospice as well. We understand that a move is hard to make. We want this to be the only move they have to make. Come see us at Mansfield Place!

My mom had such a great experience at Mansfield Place, I wanted to provide a review. My mom resided at Mansfield Place for 2-1/2 months for Assisted Living/Therapy, and we had truly the best experience at Mansfield Place. The community feels like a family, and the staff genuinely care for your loved one. The compassionate care, sincere expressions of support and friendship to my mom made her experience exceptional. The location is convenient. The building is warm and inviting. Many activities for residents to take part in too. Thank you, Mansfield Place, for your fabulous, A+++ care!

Mansfield place is truly a home away from home when our loved ones cant make it on their own anymore. The staff treat each resident with respect and get to know each of them personally. They provide great care and keep our family safe when we are not able to be there. The family nights are great. They give families time to participate in activities together. Also, they do activities throughout the day to get the residents involved. I am usually there for Sunday morning hymns, which the residents enjoy. They play ones that the residents remember from their past. Recently I was able to attend when they were having a snowball fight. I knew they interacted and had fun with the residents, but it was heartwarming to see it in person. Many residents were participating and enjoying the activity. The smiles I witnessed and the laughter I heard, put a smile on my face. It was so comforting to see not only my family member having fun, but so many of the other residents as well. Thank you all for the kindness and love you show our loved ones!

Mansfield Place is home, while staff and residents are truly a family for my father. (Both of my parents moved in together and that was important to them! My mother has since passed.) The facility is beautiful, clean inside and out. The food is healthy and delicious. The medical care is excellent and has been lifesaving several times. The assistance aides are exceptional and so patient! There is a wonderful variety of fun daily, weekly, monthly and family activities. We are so thankful for the in-house therapies as needed with doctor authorization for PT, OT and Speech. The hair salon, visiting foot doctor and library are truly appreciated. Everyone always takes the time to get to know each person, treating them daily with kindness, respect, smiles and love. It is a blessing knowing my father is safe, comfortable and happy!

I love working here! As a seasoned nurse lol I can say this is one of the best places Ive worked, staff and residents are my family! Any facility has some issues that may arise but we are quick to find a solution.

Mom was a resident here for a while after having a bad fall at her house. She could not stay on her own any longer, so she moved in here. The place seemed very nice. She had her own apartment that was very nice. The staff kept it very clean. Personally, I thought they were a little lacking on the activities they provided for the residents, but it could be that she just didn't take advantage of what they offered. I visited her late in the afternoon every day, so I was frequently there when they would come to get her for dinner. The food always looked good. She said it was good but that they served pasta too often. I guess you can't please everyone. The staff were always friendly and helpful if I asked any questions or needed their help. Mom seemed pretty happy living here. Because she had her own apartment, they were able to take some of her furniture from the house and fix it up to be familiar and comfortable for her. Overall, it seemed like a good place should you need an assisted living facility. The only thing I was less than thrilled about was the security. You had to ring the bell and wait for soneone to let you in, ok, I understand that, but frequently there were no staff members near the front when you got there, so you would wait, and wait until someone was available. Then when you were ready to leave, you had to get someone to let you out again. So it was the same all over again, but I suppose that amount of security is needed in that type of facility. It definately kept people from wandering out of the building. There was a nicely decorated and maintained courtyard that they could go into anytime they wanted if they wanted fresh air. Overall, very nice place with great employees. Kept very clean and well maintained.

A nice, clean, comfortable community for loved ones in the autumn years of life. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The environment is well kept and cared for. The rooms can be cramped but it really depends on how much furniture is put in the space.

Mansfield Place is a very warm and caring building! You can tell they all care.. Executive Director Crystal always has a smile and willing to help..Pam always seem caring and Megan is as sweet as can be... Nursing Staff is very attentive!!! I would recommend this building to anyone!!
