As a reluctant resident here at Primrose, both my husband and I have been surprised by our experience living here. Beginning with our Villa that is very well designed for 2 people. We don’t need any more space! Even for entertaining guests. These villas are for independent living, but when I’ve needed help following a fall, help came immediately. And should we need it again, it’s here! With a smile! Other reviews have mentioned the incredible staff. That is the first thing I think of in telling friends about Primrose. It all begins with the smiling Samantha, who finds us a place to live, then amazing Angela, who plans the activities that encompass a wide range of interests, and attentive Allison, who runs it all. And, of course, Bruce, who answers our every question or need. Then there are the many others who always have a smile and call you by name. A fun, positive place!

Primrose Mansfield is a true blessing to our community. From the high class and intelligently thought-out environment, exquisite staff of highly competent, engaging employees, and fantastic food, I cannot say enough about this wonderful option in our community. As a high producing Realtor in the area, I have had several of my clients very happily situated there for a long period of time. That alone says alot. Great job, Primrose! Keep up the good work!

I cannot say enough good things about Primrose! Before touring there, I never knew such a wonderful assisted living facility option existed. My parents were in another facility and were very unhappy. From my first tearful conversation with Samantha, our family was so relieved and hopeful. Sam provided so much information and patiently answered our lists of questions and swiftly became my go to. Bruce was a great resource for the business end. Primrose is a true community, and every time I am there I see the genuine care and concern that staff has for all the residents. The facility itself felt too good to be true. You can walk past the theater and hear laughter and smell popcorn, or the pub during cocktail hour or bingo, or observe an enthusiastic game of seated badminton with balloons - the list goes on. Angela, the activities director, shines with innovative ways to keep residents active and engaged. In the kitchen, Clementina's cooking and desserts are restaurant quality! The nursing staff is so loving, kind, and knowledgeable, and within a short time I could see relationships forming. I never thought I'd truly enjoy hanging out in an assisted living facility, but I do. And Primrose is incredibly family and friend oriented. I know I'm gushing, but it's genuine. Thank you, Primrose! I wish all seniors could live in such a wonderful place.

The care both my Parents received from Primrose staff, Southern Care Hospice, and Pathways Hospice was excellent. They were true to their Mission and were able to keep both my Parents out of a skilled nursing facility. We will be forever grateful for the loving care they received. Princess Norris

My mother was only at Primrose for a short stay but she was treated like a queen. My mom stayed in her 1-bedroom apartment and we loved the opportunity to make it "her own." Samantha went above and beyond to lock down a 1-bedroom apartment on very short notice. My mom had made a down payment on an apartment years ago and they honored that down payment with immediate occupancy. All of the staff went above and beyond to make my mom comfortable, talk to her, bring her favorite cranberry juice drink and even dance with her because it was one of her favorite things to do! The staff communicated well with the family and were of huge comfort to us. The facility was always clean and so many activities to offer too. My mom loved getting her hair cut and washed! A very professional run facility that is full of kind and caring staff and residents. Our family highly recommends Primrose!

Primrose is a beautiful and spacious facility with an extremely professional and compassionate staff. They have welcomed my mom with open arms and are seeing to her every need. From my initial contact with Samantha, I knew we had found a special spot. Her compassion and concern for Mom's needs were her main priority and remain to be. The facility and care are the Best!!!

I am so impressed with the high level of quality from everything from the caring friendly staff , the food, amenities, the beautiful, clean environment, to the events that are planned for the residents and their families. I couldn't ask for a better place for my parents to be.

My dad lived at Primrose for 5 years. Prior to moving in, he lived alone for 23 years after my mom's passing and had become lonely and isolated. He had traveled the world for pleasure, and we were very worried about how he would adjust. After my dad moved to Primrose, his life changed dramatically for the better. The staff is amazing, and there are numerous activities to keep residents engaged. He made some amazing connections with both the staff and the residents. The best version of my dad may have been the one that finished his life at Primrose. We will be forever grateful for that!

My mother lived in all 3 sections at Primrose over several years. She loved the staff, and especially loved greeting them every day. Allison and Samantha were wonderful helping us all acclimate to the assisted living section this last 6 months, where Mom received excellent care. And Angela was a true friend and champion in engaging Mom in all the wonderful activities she plans for the residents. We can't thank you enough for making her stay as pleasant, safe, and fun as possible. xx

Professional, kind, caring staff that will provide excellent care! I cannot say enough about the people who work here! The coordination of care between the shifts is seamless; the directors are always available and willing to help; the food is delicious; the entire team of Primrose employees are pleasant, smiling and helpful! Primrose will make your transition into assisted living feel like a vacation!
