Mom was in memory care. We were over promised and under delivered. Please check out this facility at different times. The communication and follow up are lacking and dismissive. Yes beautiful facility, but plaster and LTV flooring does not take care of Mom.

The Preserve is a beautiful facility. It is a great home for our grandma. They have a variety of organized activities throughout the month. The care she receives is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is neat and clean. It is wonderful to visit her and see her happy and smiling!

My wife's grandmother lives here, and we've visited her multiple times and been there for multiple summer events as well. It is always been a wonderful experience, they seem to really care about the people that stay there, and the facility itself is very clean and well kept up. I would recommend this facility to anyone that was interested.

My mom has been at the Preserve for about seven months, and we have been very pleased with the experience. The staff has been wonderful with her... Very caring, and they keep an eye out for her. The facility is very bright, pleasant, and clean. They offer many activities that keep her mind and body working. I am able to relax and know that my mom is in good care.

Have enjoyed many visits to see my grandmother. She has friends, always has a daily fun activity or more, enjoys field trips, picnics and parties with family. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean and warm environment!

I really do like this facility. I have a friend who is there and I visit frequently. The caregiving staff is very kind. Recently my friend had a severe setback and is now also receiving hospice care while she is there. It seems to be working well for her. When I visit, she is up and dressed and sitting in her chair and attempting to feed herself. my friend is feisty and resists other people trying to feed her, so they're trying to balance what's best for her along with meeting her wishes. The only reason why I gave it four stars instead of five is it's like all other facilities, there seems to be a lack of staff. I was looking for a caregiver, and I could not find anyone to answer a question. Finally, I thought I saw one in the distance and I could not walk that fast to catch up with her. I have had lunch with my friend there and the food is decent, though definitely not "gourmet". The rooms are large and comfortable and are kept clean. The patients also look clean and cared for.

Very neat & clean facility. Ratio isn't too high, which makes it better to meet the needs of the residents. Management is available for help after hours, which is a big plus.

The staff and nursing staff at Mentor Ridge really made my grandma's rehab very enjoyable. The care my grandma received was top knock. If rehab care is needed for my grandma in the future we will be back. Thank you Mentor Ridge staff.

My mom had been at the building since it opened. She loves it, great room, loves all the activities and the food is fantastic. The staff and nurses have been responsive to her needs. Would highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved Mentor Ridge! The place is beautiful! The staff was amazing! They took such good care of my mom when we got away for a much needed vacation. My dad was able to visit her every day, and even though they were taking care of my mom, they took care of him as well. They both loved the gourmet meals and I heard that my mom ate everything that was put in front of her. Michelle welcomed us like we were part of the family. She answered all of my questions and reassured me that my mom was going to be taken good care of. I highly recommend Mentor Ridge if you need someone to take care of your loved one the way that you would.
