Its a beautiful home, always pleasant and there is always some activity going on somewhere ,whethere its activities room or just visiting with friends . I like the cafe and the exercise room. I like that they have a salon there too also the spa ‼‼ I forgot the spa ! Best of all the food is so good ‼

Ive seen both sides of The Inn -- Ive been both a family member of a resident and an employee. I know from being an employee that people genuinely care about the residents at the Inn. When it came time that we had no choice but to move my grandma into a memory care facility I insisted she be at the Inn.

After many visits to other facilities, the Inn at University is the best place for our mom. The staff go above and beyond to make sure my mom is getting the best care possible. The facility is beautiful and the staff create fun activities for the residents. I sleep better knowing my mom is here.

I love working at The Inn! Every job has pro's and con's. Anyone who has ever worked in healthcare knows that there is a high turnover rate- everywhere. I work with many people at The Inn who have good attitudes, compassion and patience. Those who display team work make going to work easy. Healthcare has to be more than just a job or just a paycheck, your heart has to be in it.There are some really amazing people working at The Inn, caring for amazing residents! I enjoyed working in dietary here, the staff was friendly, and Charlie the dietary manager goes above and beyond to make sure her residents are happy. She loves her residents and it shows. Not to mention, she throws wonderful parties/festivities for them.

Wonderful staff and facility! The decision as to whether or not to place a loved one in an assisted living facility is not an easy one...especially when you consider all of the horror stories you hear about various facilities. The Inn at University Village is such a tremendous option. The care the staff provides is such a refreshing relief. I highly recommend anyone facing this decision to consider the Inn at University Village.

My Grandmother enjoys living here. The aides and nurses have treated her kindly and she seems much happier than when she was living alone. However, there is one person I do not like. One of the receptionists is extremely unfriendly and rude - I believe her name was Barb. I was really put off by her attitude on the occasion that I called to get information before my Grandmother moved in and she hadnt seemed to shake it a week or two later when I came by to visit. I wasnt sure where my Grandmothers room was and she gave me the information but was quite rude the entire time like I was inconveniencing her. I would love to give the Inn 5 stars but I still have a sour taste in my mouth from these experiences.
