Our family member that lived there and also family that visited loved it at Brookdale Canton Ohio. Everyone that worked there was nice and considerate and respectful and attentive to the needs and wants of our family. We believe that it has prolonged or extended the life of our loved one because if the nature of all who worked there and the sense of home that was received while there. It is a beautiful place to live and visit. Thank you to all of you there.

Although these have been trying times for anyone having to place a loved one in the care of others, The Brookdale staff have been amazing to work with. They helped guide me in my decisions and provided valuable insights for consideration as I dealt with the difficulties of the situation. Catherine, Sarah, and the staff team have been very pleasant to deal with. They always answer when I call, greet me with a smile when I visit, and treat my loved one with the care and respect she deserves. I highly recommend Brookdale regardless of your care needs, they will take care of you and your loved ones.

Can’t imagine a better place for my mom to be living. More than I ever hoped for! Feels like home and she is treated like family by a staff that is amazing!! Thanks to all of you for the care and concern you provide for your residents.

I am very thankful for Brookdale Canton and the staff. Mom trying to live in her home for 77 year was getting to be too much for her. A lady up the street she would talk about Brookdale. Wanting her to come to visit. Finally we had to do something for it was unsafe for Mom. We were visiting the homes in the area. Almost decided on one but wanted to see what the lady up the streets home was like. Greeted with the most caring staff then took the tour. Very nice rooms with a great layout for Mom. We sat down for a talk with the staff. I found out who the lady up the street (Krista) was. A great person with lots of love. The director of the home (Abby) came in to talk with us and it was like a very loving family being there. We decided right then that this would become Moms new home. Thank you Brookdale Canton. After seven months Mom living there, We did find a great home for Mom. It was hard for her to leave her old home with so many memories. It took some adjustment to a new better life style.
