If you have a loved one who has been in and of nursing home and hospital a lot in a short period of time. I definitely would not consider this place. Look into nursing homes that will look for long term solutions instead of short fixes. This home does not like working with families of the residents. Think twice before putting love one here.

My experience here was mainly Theraphy. Every facet exceeded my expectations. The time of waiting for an aide to answer a call light was great which is so important to each resident. Everyone dressed in scrubs and clean this is a big deal to me. The food prepared is very tasty and care was taken in the prep you can tell. The Theraphy team always had a plan and followed through unlike another facility where they would take my time and look on PC of what to do next and too much nonsense. Not here at Lexington Court they know what you will be doing and they care. The front desk women is always warm and greets everyone and is there to offer help. My findings this is a great place to be either for Theraphy or long stay and you are appreciated that your there.

My experience at Lexington Court Care Center has been wonderful! From the time I arrived at the facility. They offered many fun activities to participate in!! Brenda and Patty are wonderful team players!! The building is also very clean and well-kept and maintained! Therapy did a terrific job with helping with get back to where I needed to be to go home! The care I received from the Nursing staff and Aids was terrific!! All my insurance questions were answered quickly and explained in detail it really helped lesson my worries during my stay. My discharge went very smooth, and all questions were answered of the care I would be receiving at home, and any follow-up care to follow. I give Lexington Court Staff an A+ for all the care they did for me during my stay.

Overall, a very pleasant environment! Building presented clean and decorated nicely. Everyone was very nice and helpful! The new DON Megan was very nice and wants the best for the patients while they are there. The nursing and therapy staff are amazing! Rhonda in the business office was very helpful with answering any billing/insurance questions I had. Lisa from social work was very compassionate and willing to look into some things to help better assist me! Very compassionate people, they are like family! I would recommend Lexington Court for anyone looking for nursing or therapy needs!!

I would like to share my experience from a staff perspective. I am here as the interim administrator. I have worked here for almost 4 months. Immediately I was welcomed and felt comfortable. This is a wonderful building with skilled, caring leadership. When you walk in the door you feel the warmth of good care and know staff provide for your loved ones because the vibe exudes peacefulness and teamwork. It has been an honor to serve the residents and staff at Lex Court! Anyone needing skilled therapy, our Broad River Rehab team has an excellent therapy-to-home program with outpatient to continue your goals. Truly one of the best buildings I have served in in a long time.

I cannot say enough good about this Nursing Home/Care Center. The front staff assisted in all the paperwork required, advised me on how to proceed to get my mother admitted and offered to help with Medicaid documents as well as starting hospice. The nurses listened to her requests and explained as well as they could everything they were doing or could not do. The Aids stopped in just to say hello to her and ask if she needed anything. The room had a window that allowed her to watch birds, squirrels, chipmunks and deer as the staff put food out for them. Sadly my mother passed while the wonderful hospice staff stayed with us, the Lexington Court staff stopped in repeatedly to see if we needed anything in her final hours and offered sincere condolences in our loss. My family is very appreciative of the kindness and care my mom received.

I had a wonderful experience when I stayed at Lexington Court. It started from the time I got there until the time I left. Everybody was so nice pleasant and very helpful. Everybody came to your room and introduced themselves to me when I first got there and said if I needed help with anything let them know. There physical therapy department is so awesome. The nurses need to read there orders a little bit better but they are very friendly nurses. The food was a hit or miss but over all if i had to go back I would. The therapy team that's there is amazing as well this is all coming from my hubby since he's the one that stayed there.

Our mom had a series of serious medical issues which landed her in a columbus specialty hospital for two months, she then was moved to a nursing home near the specialty hospital for another 2 months until she was finally well enough to be moved closer to home. We could not be more thankful to have found Lexington Court Care Center. Our mom hated her last nursing home and dreaded being moved to another one but it was evident after just a couple of days that Lexington Court was going to be so much better than her last experience and now she even says she "loves it" there. The whole team from Admissions to nursing care has been so helpful, kind and caring during such a difficult time. We are so grateful for the excellent team and care we have gotten with Lexington Court Care Center!

I was in this place on the West Wing for a month and I didn't mind being here. The staff from nursing to PT/OT and everyone in between were really nice and treated me with kindness and dignity. I had a lot of fun bantering with the nurses and I cried the day I left because I got close to one of them. No odor and a private room. Would go back without hesitation if I needed to.

My mother has been at this facility for 6 months. To date she has received good care. The physical therapy department is excellent. The nurses and nursing assistants have been professional and kind with my mother. She has not complained about the food. She likes it there and has made friends. Our family is appreciative for the kindness shown to our mother.

My sister became a resident of long term care at Lexington Court in Oct. 2019. My family and I are pleased with the care she is receiving. We hesitated at first to admit her there because in 2014 she received poor care when she was there for rehabilitation due to an infection. However, for several reasons we chose this facility. There is a drastic improvement in care now. There is a new administrator who has made improvements in the care of the residents. My sister has several unique needs and the administrator and staff have worked to meet these needs. The staff has been open to suggestions for her care. My sister feels safe, comfortable, and cared for at Lexington Court Care Center.

Lexington Court Care Center has an amazing staff who go above and beyond to care for patients, and also ensure that family feel comfortable with their plan of care. My father was a resident at Lexington Court on and off for two years. Most recently, he became a long term resident until the end of his life. Throughout this time frame we formed relationships with nurses, administrators and the social care staff. They knew my father personally and prioritized his care so that we could trust he was in the best of hands. We have tried all the nursing homes in the area, and Lex Court was far and away the best!

I worked here for almost 2 yrs. The staff work their hearts out and do what they can to provide the best care. There is never enough help. It would be great to see upper management come through and stay with the company the aids, nurses and residents deserve it.

Terrible, My grandmother is there. They left her in the bathroom for 30 MINUTES while she was hollering and banging on the wall and ended up having a panic attack. How would they like it if that was their grandmother or mother? They couldn't have waited 5 minutes while she used the restroom? Pathetic and a terrible place, we've tried to rectify these issues but they keep persisting. No reason for this kind of treatment.
