I was very impressed with everything. The outside, entrance flowers, sign in, dining room and the hallways are very attractive and wide. My cousin has a 2 bedroom and it was beautiful.

Ladies and gentlemen I met were very helpful nice and polite one lady brought sue and Jerry extra cookies one lady came in and was very cordial and cleaned sue up to help her feel more comfortable the receptionist walked me to area and was extremely nice and friendly you all do great work thank you

Food is far too salty to be tasty snd is certainly not healthy for the residents. A thorough review of dietary policies and actual dishes served is much needed. Very concernful!!

I saw food left in room over two hours. Too long. Please don't expect the residents to remember when or how long food has been sitting there in room. Please come up with and idea for better communication between staff. Try dry erase outside room? Just saying.

My MIL returned to MS after a recent hip fracture and rehab stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure she had everything she needed upon return- went as far as coming in on Sunday to get her bedroom equipped. Every staff member has checked on her and welcomed her back. I appreciate the special care and attention.

Magnolia Springs is a wonderful place. My mother moved in a month ago and has been raving about how nice the facilities are and how wonderful the staff is. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The food at the dining room is delicious and the staff is kind and attentive. Mom is recovering from a broken hip and therapy is helping a lot. Mom has been very active with bingo, virtual bowling, happy hours and other social activities. We are very happy with Magnolia Springs.

Having been personally familiar with Alzheimer's, and the care required by those afflicted with it, I think the care provided at Magnolia Springs is very good. Most Sundays I have the opportunity to join Matt and his aunt Sandy during which Matt conducts a simple Sunday service. It is at this time that I have observed the cleanliness of the patients and the facility. I know it takes much love and compassion to provide for quality care.

I went to visit my mother who became a resident this past week because of a broken hip. She's learning her way around the facility, so I took her to the dining room for lunch. The server was very rude to both of us especially my mom. He said she was late and needed to come earlier if she wanted to be served. He did end up taking her order because we were there at 1:20 & lunch was served until 1:30. When she ordered lasagna and ice cream, he rudely told her she couldn't have ice cream until after she ate her lunch and left the table. He didn't take her drink order until we asked when he came with the food. My 82 year old mother was very upset and doesn't deserve to be treated this way. The young man was one of the twin brothers serving in the dining room. Unfortunately she will have to encounter this server on a daily basis.

Everyone was very helpful and kind during the short time my mom was here. We felt very welcomed everytime we came to visit and we were kept up to date on anything that happened while she was there. I appreciated the help that was given to us while trying to find somewhere quickly for my mom to go where she would be taken care of when we couldn't. I would recommend this place to anyone who has someone in their life who needs somewhere that will not only answer any and all questions you have about the process but who also makes you feel like you are getting the best care for your loved one.

I have had interaction with Magnolia Springs for nearly three years now. Magnolia Springs consistently displays a level of professionalism, compassion, and genuine concern for each and every resident. We had a wonderful tour of Magnolia Springs. Many staff members came up to us to introduce themselves. It was also fun to see the family Thanksgiving dinner that was being served while we were there. Valaya gave us plenty of information, and gave us a great tour of the different room options.

Debby and the Community team were wonderful. They were prepared for our visit and welcoming. Debby led the discussion and had answers to all of our questions. We were very comfortable there and very pleased with the tour. Residents were so friendly and happy. The staff approached us and introduced themselves while we were waiting. It was a great experience!

Magnolia is one of my favorite facilities.. very clean and order less, last night I worked with an amazing nurse and a great aid but I had a very tough time with the residents cos most of them hardly sleep and we were just 2 aids at the memory care unit, so my assignment was a bit tough but I did my best and survived the night...my head nurse was so nice and the aid was even nicer. In general, Magnolia is a very good to go facility.... Will pick up their shift anytime any day.

My husband has been living at Magnolia Springs in Loveland for almost three years and he has had excellent care. I feel very blessed to know that he has been so well cared for. I visit regularly and am always welcomed and whenever I do have a question or concern it is addressed promptly and warmly. It's never easy to have to put a loved one in a care home but, if you must, I highly recommend Magnolia Springs.

When my Mom arrived she was wheelchair bound. In less than three months, with the help of physical therapy and all of the activities offered at Magnolia Springs, she is walking, getting out of chairs, and thriving. The facility is clean and well-staffed. The food is excellent. I don't feel the need to leave my phone on and by my bedside at night knowing that she is well cared for at Magnolia Springs.

Everyone greeted us warmly and you could feel a family like atmosphere. Very clean and I like how they have a check in kiosk, take temperatures, and have visitors wear masks for safety of residents. Our time there was very informative and thorough in answering our questions. At the end of our tour, my parents were given meal a couple meals from the Magnolia kitchen including dessert. It was excellent!
