I have been here for about 5mos. getting physical therapy along with several other things I needed help with and the nurses have treated me so good a few have even gone above and beyond there jobs, and the aides are mostly all so sweet making me feel as comfortable as I could be...it's a wonderful facility and I say 10/10 highly recommend

I’m new to The Arbors (about 6 weeks) and it’s a beautiful facility. I’ve worked in several facilities over my 27 year career and I can honestly say it’s one of the cleanest I’ve been in. I’m slowly getting to know the staff and everyone has been friendly and welcoming.

I was there 3 times for rehab I did not seeanything to worry me food good people nice to patients..but was not in care units .I moved around a lot I will go back there if needed.

First time I've been here,seems like a nice enough place overall. My younger brother arrived here just last night, not sure how long his stay will be but my first impression is a good one,much better than rehab place he came from. Each and every person working here was very polite and smiling, gave me a good feeling leaving my brother on their care.

I would rate it in the negative if I could. 1 is the lowest I can give. This place is a hole! They don’t keep patients clean, hydrated or check on them. My son had a fever of 105 and no one seemed to know about it! This place should be shut down for the safety of its residents!

I want To make sure that everyone Knows that this place is a very good place to send your loved ones. I personally am a Previous resident And they took very good care of me and filled every need of mine. Its very difficult nowadays to make sure people get the proper care and this facility does their very best to make sure that everyone is included and cared for. They also have a wonderful new DON Tracey thats wonderful and caring Also the administrator Christina Is very good at what she does also cares about every Resident! She is very good at what she does! Also Activities, Nurses Respiratory Aides, Therepy, SNTNAs, Kitchen, Maintenance, Housekeeping, They work very hard and does their very best! This place deserves 5 stars because they're wonderful and they care about every resident that Lives there! Thank all of you for the wonderful care That you gave me! Visited my Mom at Arbors of Milford. The nurse there is fantastic!! Therapists, maintenance man, cooks, all the Staff persons are doing a remarkable job!! If you have a loved one that needs short-time rehab care or long term then Arbors is where you want them °

My father recently passed away while in the hands of Arbors. Let me just say that everyone from the business manager to the social services person and the entire staff were absolutely awesome. My father was an Alzheimer’s patient and 96 years old. I removed him from another nursing home to here and my only regret was that I didn’t do it sooner. The care, concern and love we were given from everyone involved in his care will never be forgotten. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I went in for recovery from a fx hip..No complaints about the care from all...But socialworker camein I was entitled to get a walker or a wheelchair..I reminded her several times about it..I have been home at least 6 weeks..NO WHEELCHAIR..I have called several times..assured it was on its way..Had to borrow one from a neighbor.. What the heck..so annoying,

The staff are very attentive and caring. Went to visit my brother here who suffered a catastrophic stroke, is unable to speak and is now in hospice phase of care. It was clear over the 3 days I visited that he felt very cared for and had a personal connection with each staff member who came into the room. I requested to take him outside on a beautiful morning which required using a lift to move him from bed to chair. Staff responded promptly and happily. As a retired provider and health facility administrator who has run inpatient and residential care facilities, I have an appreciation for the challenges of providing such care and the value of creating a culture of true patient caring. I applaud this facility for the level of caring and compassion I witnessed.

Nephew has been here for a year. We have a lot of safety concerns including room lights where they didn’t work in his first room. He Was finally moved but the other issue is if they don’t see a light on, they don’t have a central system in place where the staff knows a resident needs something. It’s also very difficult to receive a call back from staff. Staffing issues as well.

I also like to see the kitchen have dinning in the dinning at lunch an dinner time . Breakfast can be served on halls if needed . Great job ‘ love you see you all soon

He was cared for so well physically but also emotionally and spiritually. He was regularly bathed, medicined, and prayed over. I know this because I saw all of it. Before he fell asleep for the last time he had told me how much he liked the staff and how well you all took care of him. Thank you for the bottom of our hearts. As we hate having to have a family member in a facility, we understand sometimes it is what is best. Having to house him at your facility ended up being the godsend that our family needed. Thank you. We will never forget how well you took care of our father, my mom’s husband of over sixty-two years. Take heart that you carried our emotions and could not have done it better than you all did. We took our mother out of Otterbein Mainville & placed her at Arbors of Milford for rehab after she broke her femur. She had so much better care here! She continued her PT with them, Shawn & Scott were wonderful. It has been 8 wks since her break & she is walking on her own again at 87 1/2 years old without a walker or cane.

I chose arbors at milford for my son because it's close to home and has rehab and a private room. Andi, the nurse , used her nursing skills and spotted that my son needed to be at a hospital ASAP! She saved his life! Everything that was promised to us has been there. The physical therapy has been wonderful! The nurses and aides have been kind and compassionate for our situation.
