Recently toured and was amazed by the entire property. The exterior is well maintained and fresh, while the inside reminds me more of a vacation than a place to get to live. Beautiful and inviting entryway that leads you down open halls that feature all of the ideal amenities anyone could ever need to maintain every level of lifestyle. Pricing is all inclusive which made budgeting seem much easier for our family as we explore options. Great place!

I first found Deerfield Springs through volunteering, and recently I had a movie premiere event to put on, and the management was gracious enough to let me use their building for free! Kim Byrns and her team were wonderful, and the residents were lovely to talk to and welcoming. The building is beautiful, and all around they made the evening absolutely perfect!

Apartments are outstanding, lobby, dining area, and hallways are beautifully kept, as is landscaping. The only area that needs improvement is their food. Undercooked vegetables and a seemly disregard for the dietary health of their senior's. Certainly not resort food. Improvement in this area is neededi immediately.

This is a revised review from March, 2023. When I moved here 6 months ago DS had an executive chef and the food was great. About 2 months into my move it seemed like a bait and switch. The chef left, and was never replaced. The result was food was so bad it made hospital food taste like gourmet. I either had to dump it, doctor it or gag on it. This place is not inexpensive and a significant amount of $$ goes toward your food. You pay for 3 meals whether you eat one or three. The deli sandwiches contain gray meat and the pb&j sandwiches might have 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter at best. There is now a replacement chef but if you want what is on the menu you need to get in line early because it will be gone 45 minutes before the dinner hour is over. They prepare only so many entrees and that is it. Salad bar is hit or miss. I've seen the same cucumber salad served 4 days in a row. Desserts are good and so is the coffee. Very overpriced place for what you receive. Don't believe the promo pics.

We have lived here for 15 months and love it. Our apartment is spacious with plenty of closet space. The choices of things to do is varied and the staff is ALWAYS helpful and friendly.
