I worked there for 4 years, my boss then worked with me a lot because of having 3 girls…. Was thinking about going back but then found out they called my friend a fired her because she’s been helping her mom that is getting chemo…. I will never work in this place again. It’s high school drama. Upper management sucks and the owner doesn’t care. He has to go to therapy because he doesn’t know how to communicate with his employees…. My advice find another place to work or put your family.

My mother has been at the Lodge for just over a year. She has been a challenge due to her dementia, however the staff has gone above and beyond to meet her needs. So many of the staff have made the transition easier for both myself and my mother. I have found the staff to be caring, patient, and always willing to discuss any concerns. I am pleased that I have had a positive experience with The Lodge.

I have worked at this facility for more than 5 years. The staff in each department provides dedicated care to the residents. The quality of life that is contributed to by the staff is amazing. Team members volunteer to help in other areas when staffing is low, managers work shifts for their employees to ensure their staff get rest. I would be more than comfortable to have my parents live here.

We moved mom to the LRC after doing much research on retirement communities within our area of Loveland and Montgomery. We talked with residents and their families at other communities and found the LRC to be most compatible with our expectations. After mom living there 6 months and loving every minute her sister (my aunt) decided this was where she wanted to be also. There is a huge selection of items on the menu to choose from and the Sunday brunch is something our family members look forward to weekly. Best retirement spot we could have asked for. Staff are kind and seem to know everyones name so it has a homey feel. Mom is happy and so are we!

Easily one of the best places for your parents. The management and staff are the best in the greater Cincinnati area. If you need a retirement home, and want a place that feels like home, this is the place. The management and staff treat the residents like they are family. Ive been to many nursing homes and retirement homes and this one always tops every other one.

Very nice retirement and medical connected campus. Beautiful dining area, real trees and some one had made Cardinals to decorate. There was a relaxing fountain there too.

My mother has lived in Assisted Living at The Lodge Retirement Community for 3 years and our family feels so blessed to have found these people! The facility is lovely with the large trees in the dining room but the staff are what makes this a great place. The front desk personnel are pleasant and helpful, the chef is accommodating to the residents requests, the nurses and aides are attentive to my mothers condition and we couldnt be more pleased. If you or your loved one are looking for a secure and fun place to live with caring people you should check them out!

I worked at The Lodge for a little over a year and half. I was an aide on the assisted living side of the building. What a great place to work. I worked mostly 3p-11p but if I needed to change my shift or something my manager went out of her way to help me. They do a lot for their staff examples like special lunches and perfect attendance awards. Just recognizing the good things we as staff accomplish. If they ever had an opening for a social worker I would love to work there again!
