You won't find a more caring staff in any other facility. Each department works together to watch over your loved ones. Delicious food too!

They are currently fighting Bed Bugs for the 2nd time in 6 months due to not being taken care of right the first time. The front desk lady bev can be very rude at times, the activities department are great people. The kitchen department cant get enough workers so I often helped them out. The maintenance team is massively underpaid. Everyone recently got a raise but they got nothing. Housekeeping is over worked and are required to do way more than what they get paid for. The nurses aids are good and doing the best they can do while being under staffed as well. Dora in laundry is a very hard worker and is very dedicated to her job. Maddy and Alex from the kitchen are kind and great workers. Andy, Shannon, Terrell, all the cooks do a great job as well. All the residence are nice and very caring.

I want to extend my highest praise and appreciation to The Lodge Retirement Community and to Each and Every one of its staff members. From the cleaning staff to the food service staff, the healthcare staff, managers, transportation basically everyone, all the way up to the owners; each and every one of you are absolutely fantastic people. I came here to meet and visit with my father, who I have not seen in about 32 years. We have been talking on the phone for the last few years, and I was finally able to make the trip from Southern Oregon to your beautiful facility. I was instantly impressed as I walked through the front door and met a smiling face at the front desk. Your facility was immaculately clean and fresh smelling. (Please forgive me for not mentioning any names, because I am extremely horrible with names, and I met so many of you this weekso whether I had the pleasure of meeting you while I was there, or not, please know I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with each of you. ).The first thing I noticed about all of you was your oversized hearts. Watching your interactions with the residents made my heart smile. Your professionalism stood out most, along with the love and compassion you have for the the seniors who call this place home. When it came to your interactions with myself, I am not lying, all of you made me feel like I was The Celebrity that every celebrity wants to get to know. You treated my father and I like we were royalty, and you were a huge part of helping my week-long visit become the success that it was. The meals you prepared were high dollar quality restaurant style meals; very delicious and nutritious. I honestly cannot say enough good about the entire staff it truly does take a well trained, well dedicated and well chosen staff to make The Lodge operate and become the success it has become. THANK YOU ALL! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for sharing your love, your compassion, your skills and your smile with the residents and the guests who step foot into your place of employment. I ask that you all pat yourselves on the back for a continued job well doneeach of you totally deserve it. I am forever grateful for all that you do. The labor of love you do on a daily basis goes above and beyond the call of duty, and it does not go unnoticed. In my interactions with many of the residents, I could fell the adoration and appreciation that they have for you, the staff and that speaks volumes better than what I could ever say, because they live their life there with you daily, and I have only had a week to meet you and base my decisions on. Blessings and appreciation from the son of one of your residents. I can head back home knowing my dad, and every resident there, are in the very best hands, with the most caring and patient staff watching over them like extended family members. I have enjoyed many visits to The Lodge since my sister moved there about 14 months ago. They have daily activities as well as special entertainment on weekends. My sister’s apartment is a nice size including kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Also, she has a lanai which is great in warm weather. It’s easily accessible from both 1-71 & I 275. There’s lots of close by shopping.

My mother has been at the Lodge for just over a year. She has been a challenge due to her dementia, however the staff has gone above and beyond to meet her needs. So many of the staff have made the transition easier for both myself and my mother. I have found the staff to be caring, patient, and always willing to discuss any concerns. I am pleased that I have had a positive experience with The Lodge.

I am very thankful for The Lodge. I called Admissions in crisis, rambling about my brother and his rehabilitation needs. The Lodge made his admission from Columbus, Ohio easy and smooth. I was in shock how they had his apartment ready. We were exhausted, but they were ready for us. Thank you. I'm forever grateful.

My 96 year old aunt was the third member of our family to reside in the Lodge. She has recently moved to the Lodge Care Center, after residing in the Lodge for the last 6 years. During this period, the Lodge staff provided consistent and helpful care, including during the last year with its COVID 19 related challenges. The Lodge staff was a helpful and caring friend to my aunt and an especially helpful aid to my husband and I in transitioning my aunt to the Lodge Care Center. We highly recommend the Lodge. It’s a great place with a great staff!

Easily one of the best places for your parents. The management and staff are the best in the greater Cincinnati area. If you need a retirement home, and want a place that feels like home, this is the place. The management and staff treat the residents like they are family. I've been to many nursing homes and retirement homes and this one always tops every other one.

Very nice retirement and medical connected campus. Beautiful dining area, real trees and some one had made Cardinals to decorate. There was a relaxing fountain there too.
