Amazing facility. My mother-in-law recently moved into Verena at Hilliard and loves it! We have found the staff and fellow residents to be very helpful and friendly. The facilities are modern and clean and the food is amazing. Definitely a great place for mom!

We performed a music program four months ago at this community. We were promised our compensation within 30 to 60 days. We sent another set of paperwork after promises that this would be taken care of, yet another number of weeks has passed with no compensation and no return call from the activities/life enrichment director. Hopefully this will be resolved soon but perhaps be cautious of dealing with this location. Update: After some effort, payment was received.

The Verena is a GORGEOUS community! I had a tour of the Verena and was able to see all its offerings and various amenities, including their spacious one-bedroom and two-bedroom options which are first class. The community was bright and open--and the furnishings were definitely modern and luxurious in style. My favorite part is that this community has direct access the Library through a skyway on the 2nd floor which is unheard of. Kandi was my tour guide and she was so welcoming and very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. I would definitely recommend this community!
