My Uncle ALWAYS paid all his bills and more than one in our family would send him mail and he was NOT getting it. I have cards that I sent as far back as October 2022 being returned to us. Insanity. Tried to call and go put on hold and well not easy to connect. Got a Valentines card returned just yesterday. Would like someone to get back with me on this. My cousin in Columbus Ohio had the same thing happen as me. Very frustrating and dissatisfied.

I am a former Life Enrichment coordinator-care partner and I would highly recommend Fox run if you are looking for some extra help for your love one or even for yourself. they have a great staff and management that goes over and beyond for each and everyone of the residents. is it perfect no but it is 100% a loving and caring place. and if you are looking for a job I would recommend fox run for that also. I worked with a great number if coworkers and managers if I ever had a problem they was always there to listen. So either looking for a place to live or work. look no further than fox run senior living.
