Extremely impressed. I placed my grandparents here over a year ago and have really grown close with the long term staff. I call it the “Cheers” of assisted living “Where everybody knows your name” They are consistent, provide exactly what they tell you, keep you informed and really cherish your beloveds. I always joke I’m going to sneak my way in there lol.

Very beautiful facility. Staff is always caring and respectful. I would recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for assisted living. They are great with community events also and getting their residents involved with holidays always great to see there faces when stopping in!

Beautiful, clean facility. I took my kids trick or treating here last year. The residents seemed so happy! You could tell they enjoyed passing out candy and dressing up! The staff prepared a bunch of snacks and hot chocolates for the kids. I cant wait to go back this year!

Wickshire was the perfect spot for my mother in law. She always felt well taken care of with wonderful people on staff. She loved the various activities that helped her become a social butterfly. She always said she loved it there and it was the best decision she ever made for herself. It allowed her independence and still to be close to family.

My mother has been at Wickshire Fairborn for almost 6 years. She has received wonderful care on both the assisted living side and memory care. The staff love older people and it shows in their personal attention to the needs of everyone within their care. Wickshire has been a friendly and loving home for my mother. My mothers medical needs are met and the staff always provides great communication back to our family. I couldnt have picked a better place for my mother to live.

My aunt has lived at Wickshire for 8 years. I have always felt she has gotten excellent care, on both the assisted living side and the memory care side. We appreciate the care and attention given to my mother while in the memory care unit of Wickshire of Fairborn. Terra Osbourne and staff have always shown the utmost respect and care to my mom. Terra communicates with us on a regular basis and provided a Monthly support group for families before the pandemic. Thank you Terra for all you do and have done. Five stars for you Terra!! My friend who I am power of attorney for has been in the memory care at Wickshire of Fairborn for over four years. I have been extremely happy with the care she has received. I credit her care to Terra Osborne who is in charge of the memory care. Terra hires competent people to work in the memory care. In these four years I have never had a complaint - they are very caring, very understanding, and make sure everyone is well taken care of. It is always very clean. I would recommend the memory care.

I am so impressed and comforted at how Elmcroft of Fairborn is run. Everyone on staff is concerned with my Mom's comfort and well-being. The receptionist, Pam, is a ray of sunshine in everyone's day. The activities director, Krista, is excellent; she is always running fun activities for the residents (both on campus and off). And she encourages them to participate. I cannot say enough about the sales director, Anne, who does so much more than that! Anne makes sure that everything runs smoothly and that every resident is happy and all their needs are met. With nurses and aides on staff 24/7, I never have to worry about my Mom. The only thing that needs improvement is the food, which they are working on. I couldn't have picked a better place for my 90 year old mother to live.

We were extremely pleased with my sister Nancy Wisemans experience at Elmcroft of Fairborn. My sister recently passed away. She spent around two years in the Assisted Living Unit, and the last year in the Memory Care Unit. She was very happy with the environment at Elmcroft, and she enjoyed the many activities available. She also received exception medical care, which increased significantly as her health deteriorated. The staff of Elmcroft is exceptionally caring and competent. As my sisters sole caretaker, I can not say enough about the staffs efforts to keep me always informed regarding my sisters activities and health issues. They really gave me peace of mind. So many folks in management nursing, and housekeeping at Elmcroft took such special care of my sister. Im forever grateful and I know my sister felt the same. Thank you! ~Sky

We are very pleased with Elmcroft of Fairborn. They cared for my mother in law for 9 years. Sonia had dementia. She first was in her own apartment. But when the time came, we moved her into memory car. The staff here is amazing and Sonia loved living here. It was such a blessing for our family knowing that she was loved and cared for so very well. Thank you to all the staff and especially Terra who always went above and beyond!

Im very happy with my mothers experience at Elmcroft of Fairborn. The facility is clean and welcoming. Her apartment is just the right size, clean, and comfortable. All of the staff are caring and competent. My mom truly feels at home there.

This is a beautiful place. Open, airy, lots of windows. Nice common and dining areas; the rooms were spacious. Residents looked neat, clean and well cared for. The manager was very knowledgeable and showed us the whole facility. All the staff was friendly and treated the residents well. This community had an upbeat feel to it. They don't have any Medicaid waiver rooms.
