My MIL moved to Sunrise after a bad experience in another local memory care facility. Everything about Sunrise was significantly better, and we are so grateful for the wonderful care she received. The staff is attentive, kind, available and caters to each patient’s individual needs. My MIL had advanced dementia, and they had experience & expertise on how to handle. I HIGHLY recommend!

My mother was a resident at Sunrise of Dublin until her passing. It’s never easy for someone to leave their home, but the staff and environment at Sunrise truly made it feel like a home away from home. My sisters and I loved the warm atmosphere, and most of all, the incredible staff. Everyone from the director and nursing staff to the aides, kitchen team, and front desk was consistently kind, caring, and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, which makes such a difference when you’re trusting others to care for someone you love. My mom often said that living there was the next best thing to being in her own home. The kindness and respect the staff show to every resident is truly remarkable. I am so grateful that she was able to spend the last year of her life in such a beautiful and compassionate place.

Sunrise of Dublin is an excellent community for my father. The team does a great job with his care, which is not always easy. Ever since my mother passed, my dad has been less social and not as pleasant, to say the least. The care managers are able to get him up and going in the mornings and he is even attending activities! Our relationship has improved also, since I am not having to be his main caregiver. Dad really likes Men's Club with the Executive Director, David. He loves the food, which is a huge surprise too. We have had a great experience and I am happy that we chose Sunrise.

Sadly my then 94 year old mother in law had a severe stroke that caused dementia. She had significant cognitive issues and physical challenges. We visited several memory care facilities in the Columbus area and decided on sunrise in Dublin. The 3rd floor Memory care staff and facility layout is wonderful for memory care residents. They work hard to understand the needs of each resident and allow them to adjust to their new capabilities. My mother in law was always a very independent woman and they worked to allow her to do as much as could. Sadly, at 95 1/2 she recently passed, but the staff was so kind and genuine with us and with her. No surprise that we are also impressed with the Director (David). He has an amazing attitude and caring instinct. We will remember our mother/mother in law with sweet memories including her final year at Sunrise.

This is a review based on our experience touring and speaking to staff. We immediately asked if a dog would be an issue and clarified based on the size and type and were told it would be okay. After two in person visits with multiple family members and a intake test we were advised the dog would not be allowed. We would have never visited or started any process knowing the dog would not be allowed. We are very aware of the issues with larger dogs that's why we're were very forward with the size and type. If you have a dog policy be honest about it and it's specifics

When we first met with the social worker in our search for a place for our mother to live, I was not sure that they would be able to manage all of her needs. They assured me that they could take good care of her. Throughout my mother's stay at Sunrise they definitely took very good care of her. They had adequate Staffing and were well able meet her needs. Mom enjoyed her stay there and I know she felt that the staff cared about her and her interests. When mom declined and needed hospice the staff were very supportive through the end. I would highly recommend Sunrise for your loved ones.
