My family and I are beyond grateful for the care my father is receiving for his rehabilitation. The staff and administration team are incredible and rock solid with plenty of knowledge. Our dad is receiving top notch care every day . I go home and sleep well at night knowing our father is in good hands . Thank you all for caring about your residents and most importantly their families as well . My experience has been a blessing. Thank you all for treating me and my Dad with your heart!

The nurses and aides, care team, are great. My nurse, Courtney and aide, Felicia are great. Food is good and activities too. The administration is good and run well. I give Shiloh Sorings a 4.5 star rating. I am thankful for the compassionate staff.

I have been here at Shiloh Springs getting the help I need from really good nurses and aides. Everyone is very nice. The therapy is awesome and has helped me get back on my feet. I like Bingo and the parties they have regularly for us too.

My friend is recuperating here after open heart surgery. I am giving this facility such a high rating because of the warmth and friendliness of the staff.. They are professional while fostering a fun "vibe," which is appreciated during the stressful times people are dealing with when healing. They are responsive when trying to reach them by phone. The facility always smells clean. Their Covid protocol is consistent and careful, without being unwelcoming to visitors. I am glad my friend is there and appreciate the care he is receiving.

My father has been in 4 different Nursing Care facilities since December 2019 due to a stroke crippling him with paralysis, Shiloh Springs being the 4th. My father has received the BEST care since his stroke at Shiloh. Prior to Shiloh I would call the other facilities to get information and status reports to NO AVAIL, it has been totally the opposite at Shiloh. A particular young lady named Cierra Turner, has made certain that at least once a week I have a video call with my dad, which means a lot since I live in Arizona. The management team has also been very helpful, in helping me to plan for the BEST care for my father. I TRULY appreciate the management, and Staff at Shiloh Springs Care Center!!!

My mother was placed in the Covid unit for 10 days. She received excellent care and the staff could have not been any nicer!! The activity director, Joey, went over and beyond to check on my mom daily, and allowed her to use her personal cell phone to call me several times throughout the stay. The only thing that would have made things better is if those rooms could have phones!! My mom seemed very happy there and said everyone was so nice! I am grateful to the staff and especially to Joey!!

The staff at Shiloh Springs (nurses, therapists and social workers) are very caring, patient, thorough and personable. They made a concerted effort to address all of our concerns about our dad. I helped a friend of mine get out of this facility today. It was probably The best move of his life. This is one of the worst facilities I have seen They did nothing to help him in 10 days he was there he did not see a doctor they did not change the bedsheets they did not help him get around or even bathe him. This facility said they had taken x-rays and did not find anything wrong with him today he was sent to Miami Valley hospital upon emergency request thank God he has pneumonia and spots on his lungs he has blood in his urine they messed his pills all up And he lost 15 pounds in 10 days if you want some lip service and a bunch of lies that's the place to go I will say though it was clean.

My sister worked on my behalf to admit me to Shiloh Springs Care Center, the admissions staff was excellent in helping me get admitted to this lovely facility. I was very sick and disoriented/confused and very scared but immediately the staff came in and immediately made me feel comfortable. They made me feel very safe, like I was part of their family. The nurses and the aids provide excellent care and are very professional. Whenever I push the on call light, they come immediately. The dietary staff are very caring, they came and asked me about my dietary needs and they always come back in the evening to simply check to see if I am ok. The food is delicious! The maintenance department is always available and work very hard to make sure that everything is in working order. I am no longer anxious about my stay here, I am very grateful that I am here to recover. I look forward to my physical therapy and gaining my strength back so I can return back to my family.

Some of the people are very nice to the people who lives there. But I would only give them only.a two star ratinv. When I lived there I had some problems with them. I was naglacic, that caused me to put in the hospital, due to infections that I developed. So be very careful about having a love one living there!!!
