The rehab facility is in poor condition walls need paint carpet need clean very short staff the nurse have to work both sides and they are overwhelmed I had a love one to stay there grateful for the ladies who took great care of my family member and the few nurses who took the time to do a good job I felt bad for the ones who were lacking the info they need to do the work that they are trained to do

Friendship is about the same as other facilities I've had the pleasure of being. The food isn't the best that is a steady complaint of mine. But. There's always some people that go over an beyond expectations, and then you have the few who give places like this a bad name.

Friendship Village is in my opinion is a wonderful nursing facility. It is clean and the staff is caring and shows excellent understanding and patience. There are many social activities and wonderful library. I fully recommend this facility.

Experiencing a lot of personnel changes particularly recently. Most of the personnel that I encounter on a regular basis are nice, friendly, and helpful, but no consistency. Takes too long to get answers to inquiries! However, despite my mothers complaints ( particularly about the food), she appears to be treated well! Facility needs numerous upgrades and remodeling in some locations! Also repairs! Do hear some complaints too often from the residents about services (particularly phone) not working!

I was pleasantly surprised when I checked out Friendship village with my father. The staff was friendly and said hello and smiled in the hallway. The place was clean and very homey. They let us stay for lunch and I have to say the food was really good. Travis helped explain the Medicare process and was super informative. So far Friendship Village is at the top of our list.

I Love Friendship Village and I intend to live here the rest of my life. The food is just wonderful! Miguel Elias’ , the head of dining services, and his staff are truly great. I am especially grateful for Brent Meyers, marketing director, who is working so well and so hard to help us in every way. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I thank God for the inclusive community I find here. The activities are the best in the Dayton area!I expect peace and joy and hope at Friendship Village until I die.

Travis, DAL is awesome! Very responsive, kind and caring. He has went above and beyond to make sure my Moms needs are met, and I’m sure he does that for every single person in Assisted Living. I am there almost daily and it seems he is tirelessly taking care of everyone. Always with a smile and jokes too! I am very happy with Travis, Crystal, Camille and Lisa! Teamwork makes the dream work! Mommie is in good hands!

This was served in the restaurant as cherry pie. What a shame. I don't see how hard it is to heat a pie without burning it so badly. It should not be served to anyone.

Too much to list! The rehab unit is where my family experience was and this one of worst ran facilities in the area. If you want to babysit you found the right place. The two stars for 3 nurses that were very good and aware the business structure is horrible. One of which left. The facility was not secure anyone could walk in take someone if they wanted and leave. They lost all the clothing and ask for more. Labeled family as do not recesitate after several times telling should be full code. Advised family should send to hospice because we would not allow them to covert to long term care so they could take all income. The list goes on.....All the 4/5 reviews must be family of employees because nothing 4 star about this place.
