My mother has been at the Ashford on Broad since January 2022. The Regional Vice President, Betty Ronoh, has worked diligently with our doctors and her staff of nurses and aides, to get my mom the specific care she needs for her Parkinsons and Dementia . Her ability to lead is phenomenal. She has always answered my questions and concerns with such empathy and determination. In the beginning she told me her focus was to get her residents on track to reach their best level possible! She has not disappointed! I hope and pray she doesn't leave this company. The Healthcare industry is in great need for more leaders like her!

We placed my mom in this beautiful community where she has met tons of friendly loving people. It's nice to know she has a warm breakfast lunch and dinners every day. They workers are always there to help or lend a caring hand when I can't . Thank you Ashford On Broad

As a referral agency who recently introduced a new placement to the Ashford on Broad community, I continue to be impressed with the leadership staff as well as their nursing staff. They do an outstanding job at welcoming new residents. A shout out to Renee and her team for their thoroughness, patience, and overall gentle manner in how they welcomed my new resident into the community during her initial assessment.

The Ashford on Broad is a lovely, caring, senior centered community. The Ashford also hosts fun activities for seniors who live outside of their community i.e. bingo tournaments. If you are looking for a senior living community that will cater to your needs and, or those of your loved ones I highly recommend The Ashford on Broad.

Awesome Resident! Wonderful Staff! There is always plenty to do in this beautiful building!1, 31, 2020 Still just as happy as I was a year ago! The Ashford on Broad is the perfect place for most seniors that want to stay active and involved in the community. The community bus takes the residents shopping at least once a week. They also go out to hear music, see shows, eat lunch and take part in programs offered at the Whitehall Senior Center and Whitehall Parks and Rec. There are activities within the community like bingo, exercise and crafts to keep mom busy. When mom does not want to be involved she has a nice apartment with most of her favorite things for her home. She never has to eat alone and I like knowing that she is not just opening a can of soup and only eat that. The food is very good and a nice variety. At this point, my mother is not using the nursing services that are offered. I feel good knowing that when she does need help the staff will already know her and she will be comfortable with the friendly staff.

What a beautiful facility! I had the chance to visit my great Aunt here over the holidays and I cant say enough good things about this place. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and cheerful. Im so happy knowing my Aunt is being taken such good care of! Definitely would recommend it!

From the day I first walked into The Ashford on Broad, I have been extremely pleased with the smiling faces of the staff, the clean & refreshing environment, and the level of care that my mother has received since becoming a resident. One of the things that I love the best are the wonderful activities that are planned each day for the residents. My mom thanks me constantly for finding her new home, and for me, her comfort and happiness are whats most important. Thank you Ashford on Broad for taking excellent care of my mother, and giving me complete peace of mind knowing she is in such a wonderful, caring environment!

Recently my father passed away and left my mother with more than she was able to take care of on her own, so the decision to downsize was an easy one to make. I took several tours of different assisted living communities in the Columbus area, none of which made my mom feel quite at home. A few were off putting in the sense of looking and feeling like a nursing home, others by the rancid smell of old people who were poorly taken care of. Staff members at several of these communities appeared dissatisfied in their work environment, to the point where I wanted to speak up and tell some of them, If youre not happy find something else to do with your life. My hopes of finding a decent place at a reasonable price were starting to look peaked and the idea of moving her in with me felt more and more ideal. Thats until a friend told me to check out the Ashford on Broad. Reluctant to visit yet another community, I caved and made the call to schedule a tour. When calling in, I spoke with a very pleasent woman named Judy, who was extremely helpful in answering a few basic questions anyone would ask before making the commute for a visit. That in itself was enough for us to schedule the tour. When we made it to the Ashford, we met with Ana, who I believe was the Sales Rep. She walked us through the entire facility, showing us a few model units and units that were currently available. We were told that the facility used to be an old hotel and was completely rerenovated. My personal favorite amenities were the courtyard in the center of the facility and the dining hall where residents were gathered. It gave me a sense of family, which is what my mom needed after just losing my father. By the end of the tour, I was certain this would be a great fit for my mom. We sat down with Ana after the tour and talked numbers and it was shortly after that my mother asked, Where do we sign? My mom has been living at the Ashford now for a little over a month now and after making a few unannounced visits to her, we can tell that she has settled into her new digs just fine and has already made several friends within the community, which is more than what we could have asked from any of the other communities that we visited.

The Ashford is a fabulous community. The facility itself is elegant and well maintained. There is always something interesting going on that brings the residents together. Their programming calendar is packed with educational opportunities, outings and social gatherings. The staff is a pleasure to work with and is just waiting to be helpful and supportive. Your loved one would be in good hands at the Ashford.
