The worst facility I've ever had the misfortune to be involved with. The memory care residents are " gathered up" and placed in front of the TV every day or left to wander around looking for someone to show some them attention, Not There. The aides are young, inexperienced, on their phones all the time, and let you know how inconvenienced they are when you ask for anything. The food in memory care many times looks like slop. The meals in assisted living are so appealing. I questioned why the meals were so different and was told the memory care residents could get the same food if they requested it. They are in memory care for a reason! Bathing and personal care is sorely lacking, many times weeks between. All in all, a below standard facility. Would not ever recommend to anyone. Please heed the warning, don't go there.

I have waited a period of time to write my review of this facility. I could get lengthy and wordy, however plain language is easily understood ( by most anyway)!! I wouldn't scrape up a dead animal off the side of the road and bring it here. Since the beginning of our experience with what I now refer to as Cherry PIT ( instead of Cherry Blossom) , until we removed our family member, we received nothing but lies from everyone. The minions that work here are conditioned ( told by upper management to lie to you) , to promise you anything you want, BUT YOU'LL NEVER GET IT. What you will get is blindly insulted, lied to , robbed blind, and your LOVED one- will not even get basic HUMAN care or Dignity that everyone deserves at anytime of their life, but especially the end. My family member in the time they were here, now has rotting teeth - because no one reminded my family member to brush them for months - as COVID wouldn't allow us to come in ( the facility was on lock down) , food dropped off in room - and left for days because COVID wouldn't allow us to go in, my family member was never offered assistance, my family member remained in the same dirty clothes for weeks on the camera , again due to us not being able to get in the facility due to COVID. The memory care unit here is nothing more than a locked unit. There are no services that provide the residents with memory assistance, programs or care to maybe enhance what they have left mentally. Animals at the pound are treated better than these individuals. Cherry Blossom - Cherry PIT- is owned and operated by Traditions Management, a huge company that will obviously continue to employee non empathetic, sympathetic, caring people. If you want your family left in the hands of people who don't care then by all means leave them here and you won't be disappointed. There is not enough time or space for me to write my true feelings of the prior staff, and current staff here. While my family member was here it seems like the staff turned over around 6 times. Makes you wonder - and all you ever hear is, "Well we can't find anyone to work" - but what that doesn't mean is that you have to hire untrainable and unqualified individuals. I've never been more disappointed in anyplace or any group of people in my entire life. The only justice would be that some day, these employees will have to experience the same thing my family member did which is neglect and mental and verbal abuse. And - who would believe them?? Well my advise is to put a camera in their room, the camera doesn't lie. It's all on video. Another piece of advise - DON'T PUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBER HERE. No matter how conveniently located it is to you, - please do your family member and yourself a huge favor - keep on looking. Have you ever heard "You can't judge a book by its cover!" Well that is the truth, it is a beautiful place and looks are deceiving as hell and that's what this place is - HELL ON EARTH!! Stop and think about this: When you get up each day, you probably wash your face, brush your teeth - for basic, basic basic hygiene. For months my family member didn't even get that!

I love Cherry Blossom... There are always things to do... The activities are scheduled daily so we have things to do...the food is good with weekly menus... But the staff is the best...depending on your activity level the staff makes the difference between an ok place and a great place and Cherry Blossoms staff is great., I love living here... I have a sweet apartment and staff that help me as needed... This is my home ... From maintenance to nursing, I love them all.

Cherry Blossom provided hospitality for my family during the loss of my uncle who was a resident. The facility is beautiful, clean, the food is deliciousness the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this property for the care of senior family members in Ohio.

Cherry Blossom is the greatest! The staff is caring and actually takes time to get to know the residents; their needs, their stories. The residents alone are amazing, so welcoming to other residents. Just a friendly community, with stuff always going on.

As a resident of Cherry Blossom I am proud to encourage others to come here to be part of an amazing community. The facility is clean, the staff is very loving and professional. The food is great and a variety of activities are offered 7 days a week. Whether you can live in the independent area, you need some help and assisted living is for you, life can be beautiful. Come by and take a tour. You will feel the warmth and know we are family.

I am so glad we chose Cherry Blossom for Mothers memory care! The staff there is wonderful. Everyone from Maintenance, Chef, nursing, concierge,etc. has been so helpful and friendly. Mother has embraced her new friends (staff and residents) and is truly happy. Who could ask for more?

I cant express how fortunate I feel to be able to work with seniors and folks dedicated to meeting their needs each and every day.
