Brookdale is a wonderful facility that treats my parents with dignity and respect. The facility is clean and comfortable. My parents feel safe and cared for by the attentive staff. As their son, I feel comfortable that my parents needs are being met.

This is a great place, it's clean, the staff are friendly, the apartments are nice size and the food is great! We love the 55 salad dressing and the menu is spectacular! The pool is a great feature and they have lots of programs and activities to stay active and fit.

My mom has lived in Brookdale Trillium Crossing for almost 2 years and she loves it there. Her apartment is comfortable and feels like home to her. The residents are all so friendly, and the staff has really gone out of their way to take care of everyone. It’s been very challenging during the pandemic, but everyone has a smile on their face and does their best to keep the residents safe and comfortable. When my mom stopped driving and didn’t want to cook any more, it made so much sense for her to move here and we’re both glad she did!

Hi, This is Rick with Christines Garden Flower Shop. We had a delivery for a resident at Brookdale, so I called to make sure they could have flowers and to confirm they was there. I spoke with Angela and she explained that they no longer lived there. I asked if there was a way she could reach out to a family member to let him know we had flowers for them. She went above and beyond, contacting them first to make sure it was ok if she could give out any information. This is obviously standard procedure, but She made it quick and easy and we were able to get the flowers to them the same day. Thanks Angela for your help and kindness. Rick

Anyways Brookdale is a very good retirement center. The place looks great inside and out. Look around in there it has things no other places have. Its also very clean and I have watched environmental services work and they know what they are doing. My honest thoughts of the place.

I have lived here two years, and am content. When Im sick, my meals can come up to our apartment. Picked a great apartment, not going to move again.

My uncle, Nikola Markov, is there as of January 6th. He likes it and seems to be very happy. I am at peace that he is well taken care of and not alone and very happy for him. Hope to visit and see for myself soon. I hope to be as elated after the visit.
