I have lived at the Ashford for ten years now. I love it here. I have seen many residents come and go plus the aids too. I personally enjoy all the activities here especially Bingo.!!! I love the staff here like Ashili, the Director, Jill the everything person, Joe our Manager, Jeff our Maintenance Person, Charlotte our receptionist and the other folks behind the front desk and my dear friend Annie whose does my laundry each week.!!! I probably should mention the excellent nursing staff here like Vanessa, Rachell, Kennedy, Kapena, Barbara and others. All in all this is mostly why I love living at the Ashford and I call it my home.

The facility is very nice and affordable. But, you get what you pay for. My Dad is currently a resident and his belongings keep disappearing. I can't even begin to put here everything wrong here, beginning with management.

This by far was the worst company I e ever worked for managing there sucks real bad it’s like a kindergartener is in charge!!!! No communication [name removed] only cares about moving ppl in for there money [name removed] absolutely knows nothin about any she’s late giving medication to the residents all the time. [name removed] doesn’t manage anything she’s completely clueless to thing around there . Those two Maintenance guys creep me the hell out as well this place sucks ass

My mother lives at the Ashford. She dearly loves Jill, the Senior Living Advisor at The Ashford, and can't say enough about how kind and thoughtful Jill is, and how hard she works. It warms my heart that Jill goes out of her way to bless my mother and make her feel so special.

My almost 95 year old mom has lived at The Ashford of Mt. Washington for about 5 years. The staff has been great for the most part. One of the staff members, Jill Mason has been outstanding! She organizes fun activities for the staff and has been a dear friend to my mom and another "sister" to me. She gives my mom manicures, gives her big hugs, involves her as a helper in many activities and always responds to me if I need to send a quick message to my mom who is extremely hard of hearing. Jill was promoted to the marketing role but still finds time to take care of the residents and cares about each one of them. I highly recommend the Ashford of Mt. Washington!

Hi,I know all the dining room and kitchen staff by name and they know my name as well and at lunch they have ready what I like to drink, which is water and cranberry juice. Just raise your hand for seconds and they happy to oblige and all staff have smiling faces when greeting me, or serving me. Director, Ashli, has taken care of, or offered solutions, with everything I’ve come to her about. Jill, senior living advisor has made sure that I’ve had rides to make my dental and medical appointments…this is godsend, as I have no one to take me anywhere. Special Annie, one of the aids is worth her weight in gold Various Ashford staff took care of my cat when I layed in bed, for a month, because of inmobility to move, due to frozen shoulder due to severe arthritis. I’ve been a renter here for almost 4 years. I have more but I’ll end now Stay safe!

My friend Karin was a resident there I found her many times not getting help to eat she couldn't feed herself they just dropped off her food and she eventually died. Her laundry piled up and I think she didn't get much attention.

The Ashford is a beautiful facility with lots of natural light that make it such a cheerful place. The staff is very accommodating. The activities director Jill is the best! She enriches the lives of the residents beyond measure. The apartments are nice and big. Definitely recommend this place.

I recommend The Ashford of Mt Washington to anyone seeking Assisted living. I have been her for 9 months and feel safe and have my needs well met. I can get to the grocery, get to the doctor, get my hair done on site, all things that are important to me. I am able to practice my religion here also, something that helped me make my decision when choosing a place to live. The staff is great! The nurses are wonderful. the aides very helpful, and the activity director is awesome!! Who would have thought I would like chair volleyball? Now its my favorite day of the week. You wont be sorry for choosing The Ashford.

My mother lives at The Ashford. My sister and I loved working with The Marketing lady Paula, she is great. I have had a hard time getting the head nurse to call me back, I leave her messages but she never calls me back. The manager gaye always calls me and my sister back if we have problems. She is great. Overall it is a good place to live and we are happy.

My husbands grandmother lives at The Ashford of Mt. Washington. The building is beautiful, the staff is always so kind and helpful and the meals are delicious. We are so glad we found The Ashford.

My Aunt moved into The Ashford a little over a year ago. She was sad about leaving her house and basically her entire life behind. She really had a hard time adjusting, but the staff at The Ashford spent time getting to know her, getting her involved, and helping her make friends with other residents. I brought her to my house for Christmas with the idea of having her stay for a few days while I was off work, but she said she wanted to get back home to her Ashford family! I was a little disappointed that she didnt want to stay with my husband and I, but happy that she feels that way about her new home.

My mom moved to Florida about six years ago after dad passed away. I thought she was doing well on her own until one of her neighbors became concerned and called me. When I went to visit, it became apparent that mom wasnt taking her pills and wasnt taking care of herself. I knew that we needed to move her quickly. My wife and I brought her to our house, but she said she felt like a burden on us. We took mom to look at several nursing facilities, but she didnt seem very happy about any of them. Ashford was the last stop on our list and we almost didnt go. We are all so glad that we did! We had lunch there, and immediately one of the other residents sat down and started talking to us. It had been a long time since I had seen mom laugh. We moved her in, and it has changed our lives for the better. Thank you Ashford!

The Ashford is one of the best Assisted Livings in the city of Cincinnati. A beautiful building. And a great staff who, it is obvious, love doing what they do. I would definitely recommend The Ashford of Mt. Washington.

Took a tour of the facilities from Paula K. She was very friendly and nurturing. Just what an elderly person embraces. The facility was clean and inviting also giving you multiple living arrangements to meet your needs.! I felt very welcome and at home there.

The Ashford of Mt. Washington was one of the many assisted living facilities that my Mom and I visited. It was by far the best. Its reasonably priced and very clean. She has a one bedroom apartment equipped with a walk in shower and her own full kitchen They have physical therapy on site, nurses, doctors and transportation. They even do light house keeping and her laundry. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

Dad lived at The Ashford for a short time last spring. Mom couldnt take care of him at home anymore, and his health was declining. Unfortunately, he had a massive stroke and passed away. Mom and I were both grateful for the wonderful care he received while he lived at The Ashford. Several weeks after the funeral I went to visit mom, and she told me that the executive director had called to check in on her and talked to her on the phone for over an hour! Mom has since passed away as well, but that phone call really meant a lot to her.

One of the ladies from my prayer circle lives here. She really enjoys it. I have joined her for Sunday brunch several times, and it is wonderful. When I visit, everything is clean, smells fresh, and the staff are friendly and cheerful. My friend said that moving there is one of the best decisions she has made, even though she didnt want to at first.

My father has lived at The Ashford of Mount Washington for over a year. His one bedroom apartment is so nice and cozy and has everything he needs. There are plenty of fun activities planned to keep his days busy. The staff goes above and beyond to help residents and their families. The cost for living there is fairly priced and beats the costs of many others in town. The building is new and so light and airy, giving it a cheerful feel. I couldnt have picked a better place for my Dad.

Mom moved into the Ashford about 8 months ago. We immediately felt like it was the right fit for us! In October I was transferred to Indiana for my job. I began researching Assisted Living communities in my new area as I wanted to be close to mom. When I told her about the move and that I had started looking at other communities, she point blank refused to leave the Ashford. I was concerned about being so far away and not being able to see her, but the staff has been great about keeping me updated. The nursing staff is phenomenal. Jill, the Activities Director, keeps in contact and emails pictures to me of mom doing different activities. Mom is happy there, and I feel that she is well cared for. I cant ask for anything more.
