Assited Living: over-promise & under-deliver. Imagine going to a nice restaurant -marketed as the best in the city. U order a really nice steak for $300. After waiting for 30 min & no steak. U have to go find your waiter & ask. They apologize & say they are short staffed- it will be out soon. Eventually u get the steak-but it has a chunk cut out of it & is only 3/4 the steak u ordered. U ask the waiter. He says “yeah, the beef supply chains are messed up. We had to reduce portions to be able to serve all our guests.” No apology. No reduced price. No simply serving less guests. U r expected to pay full price for a 3/4 steak. Then the guest one table over says “it’s not perfect, but it’s the best in town. The place down the street is only giving people 1/2 steaks."

Anthology of Anderson exceeded my expectations. My 92 year old Mother is fussy, super clean and organized she expects the best. Patti and her team presented Anthology and "all" of it's amenities in a most professional way...it felt like home. Believe me I did my research on several other locations and Anthology was the one that checked all the boxes for my deserving Mom. We are looking forward to the visits and activities with Mom.

The staff has exceeded All expectations. Getting my stepdad settled and used to a new routine has been made easier because of their efforts. He also really enjoys the food!

Outstanding! The entire staff and facility is quite amazing! Our family had trememdous support from Anthology in the transition of moving our mother from independent care to assisted living. The care team, dining services, and nursing staff is very familiar with our mother and everyone; including all the residents feel like family.

After complications related to a stroke and other issues, I needed to move my father to Cincinnati from Florida for assisted living closer to family. I called numerous places and toured the ones that seemed to meet our needs on paper. I knew within moments of walking into Anthology that it was the right place. It is a brand new facility built to modern standards to make every aspect of care better. The cost is in-line with the market, but the actual facility is in a class of its own. The staff is amazing and professional. They provided help and assistance every step of the way starting with helping me coordinate medical transport and providing tips on how to organize his room. I could write all the names and a great experience beside each one, but if you visit, you will have the same. Assisted Living was all new to me - they gave me comfort with the decision very quickly. Dining is restaurant style from a very good menu. The nursing staff and care is fantastic. I do not have to worry about any medications being given on time or in the right amounts. They take care of it. They are very communicative if anything atypical arises. My dad can be cantankerous. The people at Anthology handle every issue with grace and ensure that every guest is treated with dignity.
