Before visiting Sunrise, I looked into other senior residences. Once I had the opportunity to visit and meet with the staff, I was confident this was the best option. The facility is immaculate and well maintained. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are very modern and functional and have everything a resident needs. The dining area is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The food is very good and the menu is extensive. Activities are plentiful and they keep the residents involved and active. All medical needs are provided for and done so with care. I am very pleased with the facility as are my parents. I would highly recommend Sunrise.

Called this place mid-day hours around 12pm-2pm on a Tuesday and an older woman answered the phone, I called to ask some questions and she had a hard time understanding what I was saying I had to repeat my question like 4 times, mind you I was born and raised in New York, she was just in a hurry to get me off the phone. I feel bad for those who may have family here and call to ask questions. Person lacks customer service skills.

I am reading these reviews and am sorry to say rediculous. One person lost a job for one mistake?? Why not share the mistake?? O tolerance is ok with me when it comes to my mom. Others complained when they called people weren't sitting around doing g nothing waiting for their calls, even demanding to call 8 pm at a senior home. Probably when everyone us working to get patrons ready for bed! So far I love the facility and the staff! Even their scheduling of patient's day is great.

NOTHING IS PERFECT. THE WORLD OUTSIDE IS CRAZY. I SURE HOPE THAT T HIS SITUATION WILL NOT EFFECT MY LIVING HERE, AFTER ALL IS SAID AND DONE, I AM IN THE BEST POSSIBLE PLACE I COULD BE IN IN 202. I WILL BE HERE AT SUNRISE, EXACTLY 6 YEARS TOMORROW.

My mom is a resident on the memory care floor. She is well taken care of, plenty of activities for her, and must importantly, she is safe and happy. I can face time her anytime (during these Covid times). The staff are wonderful and they communicate if any issues arise. Sunrise has been a blessing to my family.

The Nursing staff, including Mercy are always helpful. Arlene Fazio was also so helpful and available whenever I had questions as was April and Steve. Even the food was excellent here. This is a very clean, well run home with good people running it that I highly recommend for your loved one.

Nicest professionals I have ever worked with. Great Administrator/Nurse. Arlene is Good role model to other nurses, she is compassionate, she treats the patients like they are her own parents. Arianna is also a great nurse to work with. As a professional nurse myself, I was happy to work with such caring group of professionals. Client focused care. this is the place that I would want my parents to be when they reach the point where they cannot be alone. The place is very clean, very good entertainments for the seniors. I also love working with geriatrics, I looked forward to go to Sunrise when I was assigned there. Go nurses!!

The tour guide made sure we had a great tour of the community. I really liked this community they had many activities to participate in as well as other amenities. The community it self was very nice and updated. We got a complimentary meal and it was very delicious and the presentation of it was good. I would highly recommend a tour of the community.
