I had the pleasure of coming to this facility to work with the team to install their new nurse call system. I was really impressed with the level of care I saw people getting throughout the week as it seemed every caregiver was willing to go above and beyond to put a smile on someone's face. Very active community! There was even live music almost every afternoon. Happy to have worked with this company.

Transitioning from independent to assisted living is a major life event; however, the wonderful and compassionate team at The Brielle has made this so much easier than it could be. We are thrilled with how our parents are adapting and so very grateful for everyone's kindness and knowledge. The facility is beautiful and the community members are happy and engaged. No request goes unanswered and every detail is attended to. The Brielle at Seaview is truly a new home for our parents. Thanks to the whole team!

The Brielle is a very beautiful place to live. As a healthcare professional I have referred many families to the Brielle with complete confidence that their loved ones will be cared for well. My In-laws have been at Brielle just under a year. While they were deciding if this was the place for them, Kathy and Michelle were very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure that there needs would be met. They continue to go above and beyond their duties to make the residents comfortable and happy providing them with the assistance they need, activities, events, and good food. My In-laws always have good things to say about the staff-from the administrators, the front desk people, the kitchen staff, and the aides, and I am always greeted with a friendly smile when I visit.

It's a very long story, so......The bottom line: I needed to get Mom out of rehab, and Mom could not go home. I toured the Brielle with my my wife prior to letting Mom know the plan. My wife and I fell in love with it immediately. Michelle has been my life line and I can not thank her enough for her caring and patience. The level of care is wonderful, I feel very confidant that Mom is being cared for and supervised all day round. I have come to know several employees and I am very impressed with them all. My calls to the facility are answered promptly and professionally. All my concerns have been addressed. Fact is even if Mom could go home she truly would have no quality of life at home, she could not come and go, she would not be cared for other than a 24 hour nurse that I would provide. Here at the Brielle she is stimulated, she is entertained, she is given the opportunity to mingle with her peers, she is able to participate in numerous activities, she has the option to go out on day trips to stores or out to lunch, she can even go out to church. Mom has only been in for about a week, but so far I am extremely pleased! Thank You to Michelle and the team at the Brielle.

My wife work at the Brielle , every time she talks about this community her face shows just how happy she is there , she works in the kitchen , serving the residents in the dinning room .For her servingand making the residents happy is the first priority , ( is always about the residents ) i hear this sendence every time she talks about this place . We appreciate Elizabeth Ratcliffe for her creative initiatives, her excellent management of the Valeo memory care unit and above all, her insightful empathy regarding the best interests of the residents. Thanks to Elizabeth, our family has had peace of mind to know that our mother has been exceptionally well cared for over the past 5 years. During the pandemic, Elizabeth has skillfully managed Moms receiving continuous tender loving care, engaging recreation, access to therapeutic opportunities and very good health. It is an incredible comfort to our family to know that Elizabeth has ensured that Mom receives the very best of care. She goes the extra mile to ensure access to engaging and interesting activities that are appropriate to her condition. Mom is blessed by Elizabeths care and stewardship as someone she can trust.

We recently celebrated my Aunt Frans 100th birthday. With these trying times and all the restrictions that are in place, the director on memory care Elizabeth Ratcliffe co-ordinated a virtual party for all the family members. Even though we could not be physically there she made us all feel that we were. She arranged for an ensemble of bag pipers to serenade my Aunt with Happy Birthday. There were also many birthday cards and posters, decorations, ballons and cake. It was awesome. We would like to thank Elizabeth for her thoughtfulness and caring during these uncertain times. She always goes above and beyond to care for her patients and family. We can all see the excellent care that our Aunt is receiving. Thank you Elizabeth again for a fantastic party.

Where do I begin? I recently had to place my dad into assisted living due to extenuating circumstances. I was extremely hesitant to do so, however after extensive research of assisted living facilities in both new jersey and staten island, I chose The Brielle at Seaview. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE. Every single department at this facility is beyond supportive, kind, sensitive, and empathic towards my dad and all our family members. My biggest worry was safety in light of COVID, and I can confidently say guidelines are followed to the letter of the law. Safety is paramount here. I am so comfortable knowing that my dad is treated as a family member of a community despite the boundaries imposed by the pandemic. The director, Michelle Barger, is a saint. It has been quite trying for my dad to adjust to a new environment, but Michelles hands-on nature has created a sense of calmness for our family. She is the kindest person I have ever met and continuously makes herself available to address any concerns relating to my dad. You can feel confident that the nursing staff (Catrine, Kim, Lisa, Tanita, Nellie, Victor, and Molly to name a few) can and will handle medication concerns, physical issues, and anything related to general health. They are intensely devoted and have immense compassion towards these residents, as I see firsthand via my dad. Chef Bobby has gone out of his way to learn my dads culinary preferences to ensure hes happy and well-fed. You can call this facility 24-7, for the front desk is always responsive and willing to circulate your message to whomever, whenever. Nick and Octavius, the building supervisor and activities coordinator respectively, are also incredibly helpful and supportive. The aides that care for my dad around the clock are kind-hearted and patient and always make sure that his needs are met. Genevieve, the social worker, knows how to get through to residents in a very special way. Her kindness is unmatched. Kathy Azbell, director of community relations, spent countless hours answering all of my questions, ensuring all paperwork was in place for him to enter. So, if you are contemplating an assisted living facility, look no further; this community (family) will exceed your expectations!!

My parents have been at Brielle for almost 2 years. This last year proved we made the right decision for them living at Brielle ! It was a very challenging year but we always felt they were well cared for and safe and the Brielle followed all PPE and precautions to keep them well. They are excited as we all are to be vaccinated and move on and go out with us now. Thank you to the staff who are friendly and kind to them both. Thank You !!

This review is from Sallie Belluardo, Frances Lalimas niece. This review is for Elizabeth Radcliffe. Frances Lalima probably never thought she would live to be 100 years old let alone be the last one in her family of 7 brothers and sisters. A couple of years ago Frances lost her husband of 46 years. I, Sallie Belluardo have been caring for France and her husband Nicholas for about 10 years. When Nicolas died, she tried to live on her own. Frances had a stroke on July 4, 2019, I was left with the decision to find a place where she could live and be cared for. After looking for a while one of the staff members at Eggers told me about The Brielles memory care facilities. From the moment Frances met Elizabeth Radcliffe, she took to her very quickly as did myself, my husband and our entire family. Elizabeth, there are no words to describe her kindness, caring, patience, compassion and overall goodness that she has in her. Elizabeth has always kept us informed as to Frances well being. When she got her hair done, when she goes to Mass, when she participates in all the activities. Elizabeth has such an Ora around her that touches you soul. Her kindness is satisfying and her smile is addicting. You need more Elizabeths in your organization. I tell everyone I know about The Brielle and the amazing person on the third floor who cares for her residents with all her love.

Since my parents moved into The Brielle, I have peace of mind that they are always safe, have all their needs met and are never alone! The staff is warm and friendly, like extended family. The activities are fun and engaging. They have great THEME DAYS and parties! The residents can enjoy BBQs and wildlife in the backyard, or just sit out in the sun and relax! I highly recommend The Brielle if you are looking for a safe, happy place for your loved one!

My sister-in-law always tells me that when we picked The Brielle for her, we picked a winner. She is treated warmly and respectfully by everyone at The Brielle and she loves the food! The facility is well maintained; everyone who works there is personable and takes the care of the residents very seriously. Ive even had my calls for seemingly minor concerns returned during the weekend by the managing director! They are all lovely people who go above and beyond to help the residents and their families. They take wonderful care of her and have kept her safe and healthy.

Michelle, Diana and the team at Brielle are fantastic. Pre-Covid, whenever we came to visit there was always an activity going on somewhere, but there was also a quiet space available to sit and visit. The staff (shout out to Joyce) is friendly and available to answer any questions. During Covid, theyve done an amazing job of keeping our family informed throughout the pandemic. While the restrictions have limited our ability to see our Mom, we feel confident as a family that she is being treated well and getting the care she needs.

Our Dad has been at The Brielle for several years, during which his health and care needs have changed dramatically. The staff is consistently professional, responsive, committed, and caring. Every person with whom Ive had contact has shown nothing less than a desire to make residents and their families feel like they always come first. During recent challenges (covid, our Dads health, etc.), the staff has done everything possible to provide a safe, but caring, environment for all. I would not hesitate to recommend The Brielle to anyone.

Michelle Barger and her team are awesome. They go above and beyond not only for the residents but for the families too. They utilize a mobile app to keep in constant touch with the family and provide frequent updates. We are not on the Island, and with Covid restrictions not being able to see the residents for months, this was extremely comforting. In addition, my dad had some health issues that required live in rehab elsewhere for a few months. The Brielle team made sure that re--entry back in the community was not only possible but done with care and compassion. I highly recommend The Brielle as the best AL on Staten Island.

Two years ago my sister and I had to help my mom choose the right senior community. Since mom had already been diagnosed with Alzheimers, we had many concerns. Naturally, we were seeking a caring, happy and safe environment. Also we were hoping for a place which would work through the various stages of her disease. After visiting many, we chose The Brielle at Seaview. Here we found the perfect place for my mom. For the first 24 months mom was able to enjoy the more independent living Brielle offered. As her disease transitioned, mom is now living in Valero, the memory care floor at Brielle. Everyone here is kind and thoughtful, patient and loving. Best part, mom is always happy. For this, my sister and I are very grateful.

This Place is really top of the line. The Director in charge is very responsive, will talk and communicate with you on weekends and in the evening. The staff are really wonderful, no ones is perfect all of the time, but they really have a great team. The grounds are beautiful. Youre not just a person coming to visit your family, you become a part of a family. I am here quite a bit and I have seen quite a bit and I have to say I see happy staff and most important happy resident's.

A wonderful home for that someone you love. I moved my Aunt in about a month ago and she loves it. The staff is great! Warm and friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you have fun . Everyone living there are awesome and I just love to visit them all.
