I have been a caregiver to a family at Parklane @ Seaview for well over 10 years. A wife and husband in the beginning. He passed away almost 6 years ago but I still take care of his beautiful wife. This 5 star rating is given because of the current conditions and how clean the building is now. It was a disaster before, during and after Covid. A lot of turnover of employees, etc. I want to give special commendation to Jamiel & Mikki who clearly know the meaning of a great work ethic. I’ve never seen anyone work harder in this building. Inside and out. They do so at the direction of Fulya. Clearly she has a staff that compliments her work ethic as well. She has pulled it all together Thank you for your kind attention to this matter

I recently visited Park Lane at Sea View because a friend’s mother lives there, and I have to say”I was really impressed. The first thing that stood out to me was how beautiful and peaceful the grounds are. It has a true park-like feel, and the buildings themselves have that classic, historic look but are clearly well-maintained and updated inside. From what I saw, the apartments are very nice”clean, modern, and thoughtfully laid out. I also like that utilities are included, which makes things simpler for residents. The common areas like the library, fitness center, and dining spaces give people a chance to stay active and social, which is important. What really gave me peace of mind was the sense of security and overall atmosphere. It feels safe, welcoming, and well-run. You can tell it’s a place where seniors can live independently but still have support and services available if they need them. Overall, I think it’s a great option for senior living in Staten Island, and I’d feel comfortable having a loved one live there.

"Park Lane at Sea View is truly a hidden gem for senior living on Staten Island. The first thing you notice is the setting”it's located on a historic campus that feels incredibly peaceful and quiet, away from the noise of the city. The buildings themselves are beautiful. They've done an amazing job restoring these landmarks into modern apartments while keeping the historic charm.

I am trying to integrate my mother into this independent living facility and all I have faced has been opposition completely unprofessionalism and non cooperative management I have attempted to reach this company about urgent matters because I have questions and I can not get a hold of management or maintenance it seems their business hours are 9-5 but they never pick up and they are not responsive they don't lead with attentiveness and I really don't appreciate the lack of urgency to the matters I have left messages about.

I would like to thank Maria the assistant property manager for being so kind and helpful in making my transition into moving into this absolutely beautiful place. Maria takes great pride in her job and cares so much about the well being of all the residents that live here and their personal needs. She has very strong work ethics and she is a tremendous asset to Park Lane by Seaview Apartments. I have spoken to many of the residents who live there and all of them have great respect for Maria . Im am so excited that my mother is residing at Park lane at Seaview . The care and professionalism they show towards their residents is outstanding ! Having an elderly but still independent parent transitioning into a new living environment was scary but the process from beginning to end was wonderful . From Coreen Young professionalism with my mothers paperwork to the assistant Manager Maria Difiore . Maria is always checking in to ensure that my mom has everything that she needs and is extremely knowledgeable . Also the residents there are extremely sweet and continuously invite my mother to games nights and recreation at the complex ! Not only do i love it she does too

I'm very thankful and grateful for having such a caring, helpful, and professional Team that was assisting me. From The Office with Coreen Young that went above and beyond for me, to The Property Management Fulya and Maria that they both informative with the walk through and They made me feel so welcomed and glad that I will be part of this Enchanted Community . The location is great which the staff are very helpful, in which they make every one feel like home, for example Fred who is the Super for the building is a great helpful gentleman which he’s always assisting, and mr. Chris that is the location live in maintenance technician is also very helpful and will assist in anyway he can, and Ms. Lauren who is in management office is awesome which she will go above and beyond to assist and make you feel like home, one of the best management team that I had came across, and the area is very quiet with in house private security

We use to have activities, since the pandemic this has stopped. The rumpus room and community room is off limits. The office worker (Lauren) is Great she helps the tenants with all of their problems. She goes beyond what the job description.

I am a resident here for 2 years during covid I moved in and it felt like a ghost town it was sad to hear that some people passed away and we were not able to socialize. When I came to the building to look at it all the amenities were open and when I moved in, it was unfortunate that everything closed down... Still is closed. Now that things are almost back to normal I would like to see the community room and activities resume. I am seeing more of a lively environment since the building has improved its staff members. Chris is someone I can always count on. Lauren is such a pleasant friendly person to have in the office and I like the idea that she has an Open door policy. She has monthly newsletters to keep us informed and plays music to liven up the lobby. I look forward to seeing the amenities open and enjoy the expectations that I had when I first came here to the property.
