I have visited a friend’s parents several times. Beautiful facility, staff appears to be very attentive & the residents I know are happy with the provided amenities. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

My parents moved to Fleming Point after living in the same home for 56 years. We were concerned that their transition to an independent living facility would be difficult - but Fleming Point truly is a loving community where everyone looks out for each other. The administrators and staff are all super friendly and responsive. My parents have met great friends and enjoy the freedom and independence that Fleming Point offers. They love the different musical performances after mealtimes, bingo, card making, puzzles, cookie decorating and the walking paths that surround the property. We are able to provide in home care for my Mom's needs, while preserving my Dad's independence -- and keep them together, which is all they want. Fleming Point has truly been a blessing to our family. It is filled with warmth and kindness and feels like an extended family. The facility itself is super clean and well groomed, nestled in a suburban neighborhood. Very safe.

Fleming Point is a absolutely beautiful place! From the moment you walk in, it has this wow feeling to it, almost like being on a cruise ship. The staff all seemed very knowledgeable and caring. Vicki the GM always goes WAY above and beyond! The food is always emasculate as there is always choices to chose from. There is always residents participating in games. The housekeepers keep the building stunning. Would highly recommend someone to come and visit Fleming Point!

Nice place. Good food. Amazingly, for senior apartments, there are no handicap ramps at the handicap parking spaces. There is only 1 elevator for the entire place. Sure hope it doesnt break down, especially at mealtime.

I came into Fleming Point to visit an Aunt that lives there. I came in the front door and immediately was greeted by Vicki who asked me how she could help me. She directed me to my Aunts apt. and told me to feel free to get a cup of coffee and cookie from the snack bar. Everything was so clean and inviting. I met a housekeeper who smiled and said hi and showed me to the apt. The residents were friendly and seemed very happy. It felt like I had entered a 5-star hotel. I know now why my Aunt is so happy there and will definitely refer people to go there for a visit. I joined my Aunt for lunch and when leaving felt like I had been on a vacation. Thank You!
