My mother has been a long-time resident of Fleming Point. While the facility is pleasant, rent has increased significantly as service quality has declined. Residents now receive only one bath towel per week, food quality is inconsistent, and cleaning services are unreliable. Staff turnover is also problematic. My mom stays because change is difficult for her, and I suspect the facility counts on this when raising rates.

My Mom recently moved into Holiday Fleming Point and I can't say enough about the staff and how clean and beautiful it is here. She has a cute studio apartment and the food is wonderful. I haven't seen her this happy in so long. I love that she is making friends and isn't lonely. I love that when I go there there is such a positive energy and sense of community. I look forward to hearing about how much fun she is having. So glad she is here and living her best life.

My aunt just recently moved into that community from my first impression. It was very welcoming. The hospitality manager Stefan stood out as well as the general manager, Colleen they were very attentive to all of our needs and even wants.

I was there maybe three weeks ago to see my Aunt and Uncle who just moved into the community. I was very pleased at my first impression. I was worried it would look like a hospital but it does really look like a cool little community. I met the chef he was pleasant as well as the Hospitality Manager I don’t remember his name but he had locs and dresses very well. All around very pleased!

My uncle has recently just moved into that community and upon calling them and seeing how their first couple weeks have been, they keep letting me know that they love it there. Colleen as well as Stefan name keeps being brought up for their exceptional service as well as the kitchen, staff and servers. It's a beautiful place to go out and walk around. The land is so beautiful and nicely done. I love the camaraderie here. The residents and employees all look out for each other. The food is exceptional and the amount you get is tremendous. I feel I found my forever home

I had a tour of this lovely facility and was very impressed. People both staff and residents were very friendly. Kandi answered all of my questions throughly. My friend and I enjoyed a delicious lunch. I will keep Fleming in mind when I am ready to move.

We are very happy with our Mom moving in here. The building and her rooms are always clean and welcoming to everyone who comes in. It has only been a short time but our mother raves about the food and the staff and that says a lot. we also love that their is someone there who checks in on mom and takes some of her care for us.

The people and facilities are fantastic. I toured the facility and the staff was extremely kind and answered all questions clearly. Options were explained clearly to help with some of my limitations. I met staff members across many functions and all were kind, friendly and helpful. Couldn't have been more pleased with the facility and the quality of the staff. Highly recommend!

My parents recently moved into Fleming Point. From our first visit to Fleming Point every person we've come in contact with has been amazing, knowledgeable and caring. It was a hard decision for my parents to move from their home to an apartment living situation, but they are enjoying the company of others living similar lifestyles and having activities to participate in. The staff are very attentive to the residents and know everyone by name. They have made all the difference in my parents quality of life and I cannot express enough how thankful I am for each of them! I would highly recommend Fleming Point!!

When looking for a place for my grandma that she can have fun and somewhere I done have to worry about her being safe. I went in to talk to someone at Fleming point and Kandi was willing to answer my 100s of questions and make sure she took the time to help and never rushed me. When Kandi wasn’t there to bring my grandma in to see the apartment Conor was so sweet and let us come in and see everything. I feel safe knowing that such amazing people work there and can tell they love the people who live here. Thank you for making everything so easy and less stressful.

Love the food. Maintenance does come when there is a problem. The only major concern I have is the housekeeping. They can’t keep staff. Weeks go by and nobody cleans. My family has been coming in to clean. When housekeeping does come, they never clean the shower & the toilet is rarely done. They only vacuum.

Fleming Point is a quaint and friendly place. Staff are pleasant and genuinely caring. If your loved one prefers a smaller facility and a home-like setting, it is the perfect place.

Some positives like the facility and the residents and the workers are nice folks. Negatives are bad food, long meal durations, insufficient housekeeping, under-staffed in all areas, overall feeling of not wanting to spend money, as if making the balance sheet look attractive to a potential buyer.

My parents moved to Fleming Point after living in the same home for 56 years. We were concerned that their transition to an independent living facility would be difficult - but Fleming Point truly is a loving community where everyone looks out for each other. The administrators and staff are all super friendly and responsive. My parents have met great friends and enjoy the freedom and independence that Fleming Point offers. They love the different musical performances after mealtimes, bingo, card making, puzzles, cookie decorating and the walking paths that surround the property. We are able to provide in home care for my Mom's needs, while preserving my Dad's independence -- and keep them together, which is all they want. Fleming Point has truly been a blessing to our family. It is filled with warmth and kindness and feels like an extended family. The facility itself is super clean and well groomed, nestled in a suburban neighborhood. Very safe.

Nice place. Good food. Amazingly, for senior apartments, there are no handicap ramps at the handicap parking spaces. There is only 1 elevator for the entire place. Sure hope it doesn't break down, especially at mealtime.

I came into Fleming Point to visit an Aunt that lives there. I came in the front door and immediately was greeted by Vicki who asked me how she could help me. She directed me to my Aunt's apt. and told me to feel free to get a cup of coffee and cookie from the snack bar. Everything was so clean and inviting. I met a housekeeper who smiled and said hi and showed me to the apt. The residents were friendly and seemed very happy. It felt like I had entered a 5-star hotel. I know now why my Aunt is so happy there and will definitely refer people to go there for a visit. I joined my Aunt for lunch and when leaving felt like I had been on a vacation. Thank You!
