Keeping it short and sweet-I want to recognize Keondrea, Rochelle, and Bre for their genuine care for my loved one, as well as the other aids and nurses who contributed to care. PT and OT were knowledgeable and respectful. While the facility has flaws, workers who show up every day and put their all into a difficult profession deserve recognition. They don't hear it enough. Thank you for your care.

I'm out of my room. I hear an elderly gentleman yell for help. He was totally neglected. Yes I am 47and very thank ful. I messed up on the smoking part. But your no gonna tell me I can't go outside for breathe of air. I know you allow me and the other patients to go outside at certain temp. But me weather is irrelevant

NOBODY WANTS TO PUT A FAMILY MEMBER IN THE NURSING HOME BUT ONONDAGA CENTER I HAVE SEEN A TREMENDOUS CHANGE IN THE PAST FEW MONTHS. ALL NURSING HOMES ARE SHORT STAFFED BUT THIS NURSING HOME THEY COME TOGETHER AS A TEAM . EVERYONE IS ALWAYS BUSY. AND THEY ARE GIVING MY MOM THE BEST CARE SHE NEEDS EVEN WHEN I CANT BE THERE. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF ESPECIALLY THE LPNS & RNS , AIDES . I APPRECIATE YOU ALL . WISH THERE MORE LIKE YOU IN THE WORLD. SINCERELY ,A SATISFIED RESIDENT FAMILY MEMBER.
