Several friends have lived here in the past and a few currently live here. It is a beautiful building and the apartments are very spacious and have lovely balconies overlooking the property. The Residents I know give high praise to the thoughtful and caring staff as well as the food and activities.

My Mother in law resides at Maple Downs and the building, staff, and atmosphere are wonderful. Every staff member in the building has been very helpful and accommodating to my Mother in Law. I’d like to mention a few employees that always go above and beyond for her, Gabrielle, Scott, and Michelle. I’m happy we chose Maple Downs for her assisted living facility. We have had a lot of experience working with one of our companion clients and Mary Lou within the building and have had nothing but a positive experience. Mary Lou is so knowledgeable and always has an incredible attitude. The building itself has nice size rooms that our clients make their own. Definitely would recommend chatting with Mary Lou if youre looking for independent living for a loved one in Syracuse!

Our experience visiting Maple Downs was nothing less than extremely positive. The facility is lovely, the community wonderful, and the management and staff we dealt with were exceptionally kind and helpful! A very pleasant retirement home. The population is definitely at the older end, and the pricing is mid-high. But the staff is quite pleasant, and the ability to put up guests or time share elsewhere is nice. A private dining room for groups up to 8 is a nice touch.
