My mom is at this facility. She now does things and has people around her all day. The aides take her to activities and her meals. They administer her meds and do her wash. She is safe and can't wander away anymore. It makes me feel more comfortable knowing that she's being cared for and I can do the things I have to do as well.

I have found the Brookdale Fayetteville management and staff to be committed in their care to my mom. I feel included in discussions for her care, informed when I need to be, and when I visit, the atmosphere is good. The staff is professional and caring. It's a relief to know she is being cared for well, honored and respected even as a memory care resident.

If you or a family member is in need of residency - Memory Care you should definitely consider The Brookdale Fayetteville. It all starts at the top...Alescia (Executive Director) and Todd (Director of Nursing) and the rest of the management team are wonderful, professional and passionate about what they do each and every day. They treat each resident as if they were their own family member. I couldn't imagine my mother residing in a better Memory Care Facility! Thank you Brookdale Fayetteville for giving my mother (and father) a new lease on life!

Weve been delighted with how weve seen my Mother thrive since moving into Brookdale Fayetteville (11-2020). Weve been in ALL hours of the day and night, and each time, weve found the residents to be engaged, active, and well watched over. The building is small, so the entire staff--from the aides to the nursing staff, the front desk mavens to the sales and marketing, the maintenance staff and activities directors, and even the executive director--all know each of the residents and treat them like family! Ive been able to set my mind (and heart) at ease!I only wish wed know about this place two years ago!

I moved my Dad into Brookdale Fayetteville just as the world was shutting down due to the COVID-19 virus. I literally passed him through the door to masked staff and left, not knowing when I or my mom or brothers would be able to visit. I cannot speak highly enough of the care the staff has provided my dad in helping him acclimate to a new home and their efforts to connect families with loved ones during this health crisis - sending videos, photos, getting dad to the phone when we call, making us feel like he is the only resident they have to worry about. When Traci told me, Weve got this, she meant it. Someday Ill be able to give my dad a hug again, but until that time, I know he is happy and healthy and that the caring, loving staff is appreciating his charm and humor.
