I've been a resident of the RLC Towne Center for four years. I love this community. The staff is wonderful and the residents are very friendly. There are a lot of activities and we are always busy. It is a great place to live.

There is no better independent living place! The staff are all excellent and caring people and great at what they do. The facility is beautifully decorated and every detail for the comfort and enjoyment of their residents has been addressed. All apartment facilities for seniors should be as wonderful as Towne Center Retirement Community! Its a high bar but should be the standard. Employees go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy.

My Mom moved in Sept. 2017, 6 months ago. With each passing week, our family is pleased with EVERYTHING at Towne Center Retirement Living Community, Fayetteville, NY. First and foremost is the wonderful staff. They take the time to get to know the residents and their families. Every time I enter this gorgeous place, I am greeted by name from the staff. Families are welcome to join in every single activity. And there are MANY. Art classes, piano lessons, excursions by bus for shopping and sight seeing, modern exercise facility, billiards, Bingo, cards games, movies, guest speakers, Bible studies, and live entertainment in the beautiful movie theatre followed by a fantastic happy hour. The food is delicious with talented chefs creating homemade soups and meals every single day. Today was Easter. The staff was amazing, as always, in serving a fantastic brunch at two different seating times. Breakfast foods, scrimp scampi, salmon, ham, lamb and prime rib, were the main fare. A large variety of desserts and bread, made in-house, were festive and delicious. I continue to be impressed by the staff who are genuinely happy, love the residents and enjoy coming to work. They say its the best place theyve every worked. A happy staff makes for happy residents. I am thrilled Mom lives here. She has so many opportunities to socialize and when I cant be with her, I am 100% confident that the staff will take care of her every need. They truly desire to make everyone happy and will do what ever it takes to make it happen. Kudos to the management for hiring great people and keeping them happy. The employees have freedom to cater to each residents needs in a way that makes everyone feel loved. And isnt that what were all searching for, love? Thank you to everyone at Towne Center!!
