the place looks nice as far as architecture. But what you see isn't always what you get. there was a resident hitting and swearing at people and no one stopped her. it felt very unsafe. they do a poor job protecting the other residents from having covid. Some of the girls were sitting down on their phones or engaging in profane conversation. Very lewd and unprofessional. Other than that most of the residents looked in good shape.

Both of our parents are living at Keepsake Village. Two of our aunts lived there several years ago. The staff has been caring, attentive and very knowledgeable in dealing with dementia. They work with us on all of the medical and emotional needs. We can sleep at night knowing that our parents are safe.

I recently put my father in the memory care at keepsake and I am very happy with my decision in making this his new home. He is doing fantastic and loves it there. The staff has been wonderful . Skip and Kelly went beyond and above there job to help me get my father in his new home from Kentucky back to New York where hes lived all his life. My husband has been a resident at Keepsake since January of 2020. I have found the staff and administration to be very responsive to my husband and me when we have had questions or concerns. The entire staff is always on board and always flexible.. Because Lena Caltabiano is exhausting her monies for private pay, she will be leaving soon within 2months.I wish NYS could supplement monies toward the cost of her careso that she could remain here in assisted living memory care

Very kind folks at keepsake village. More spacious than competing memory care units. A lot of staff. Clean facility. Good locally sourced food.

Keepsake has provided my loved one with wonderful care. My observations on almost a daily basis are that the staff treat all patients with care and compassion. I am amazed with the staff having such patience with the residents and treating them with the dignity that they deserve. I can tell you that Keepsake has made this difficult journey easier, not only for me, but also my loved one. They are family.
