My husband and I are in the beginning stages of researching an age 55 and over community and we toured Fox Creek Estates with Madison. She was very helpful and informative. She spent a lot of time with us and answered all our questions. The facility is beautiful and is on our list for our future home.

On 7/23/26 Craig, maintenance man came to my apartment to complete repairs. He is polite and a caring person. Craig does an excellent job. It is nice to see someone who takes the time to see how you are doing. He gets the the job done and is efficient.

Today we had an issue with our toilet handle not working. I just finished writing up a service request when Joe G. from maintenance called to see if he could come right up to fix this for us! In less than 10 minutes everything was finished!! Now that’s GREAT SERVICE!! Thank you Joe G.you deserve a shout out!

Roads and sidewalks are plowed and de iced promptly in the winter. Landscaping is exceptionally maintained. Maintenance is promptly provided. FoxCreek is a peaceful stress free environment. Many activities and groups are available from which to choose . Unlike many other complexes the patios and balconies are very spacious. A fireplace in cold months and central air in warm months allow for maximum comfort and coziness. After consideration of several other places in the area FoxCreek is my choice for the best 55+ home.

The Maintenance Team at Fox Creek Estates on n Transit rd in east Amherst is always willing to answer questions and to help, and they do so in a thoughtful, considerate manner. Today, I thought I needed a screwdriver to remove my thermostat cover. I didn’t & was so embarrassed that it just snapped off. CRAIG removed the cover, installed 2 new batteries- and followed through by checking afterwards which setting I preferred. 10 STARS!!! He was gracious, kind and thorough.

I had two issues. The first my bathroom ceiling leaked and had a water spot. Was painted by Craig, who did an excellent job. Can't even tell. My next issue was my fireplace kept shutting off after using it for about 5 to 10 minutes. Joe and Craig replaced the unit and it works perfectly which made me very happy. Their work was, quick, professional, and very mindful about my things. Thank you guys for a job well done.

I had two issues that I asked to be fixed. A day or so later I returned home and found a comment card letting me know that Joe G. had been here and fixed one of the items. It stated that he needed more information on the second item and he would call me, as he did. Joe came over and fixed my other item. He was so friendly,fast and tidy. I love living here and that kind of treatment by our staff adds to my happiness. Thank you Joe G.

I love living here at The Fox. Love that Fox. This is my nick name for Fox Creek Estates. Here at the Fox is a very nice and friendly community. It is also a close knit community. This is going on my second year here. I chose this as my forever home. The management team here is really nice and friendly as well. I can’t say enough about it. I love it.

I'm disgusted with the owners of this complex. It's a crying shame that with as much money as this place pulls in, they are too cheap to invest in a generator! Whenever there's an outage, you can pretty much bet Fox Creek Estates is out! This is the second time in less than a year that the power has been out for many hours! I'd say that warrants considering., especially since the majority of your residents are elderly. Middle of a blizzard and we have loved ones to worry about being cold for not one, or two hours...but 8+ hours! You don't miss an opportunity to raise the rent tho.

I was helping my mother look for place to live. After looking at many different locations we chose Fox Creek. Meaghan has been very helpful. The property is both beautiful and well maintained and everything included with the rent make it very reasonably priced.

I have nothing but gratitude and appreciation for everything Sue and the staff here have done to make moving in and living here as painless as possible. The property is clean, well-kept and inviting. Maintenance keeps up with the demands of the property, and there are a lot of wonderful little details the staff here pays attention to that have made living here during the pandemic so much better than expected!

We were in a bind and looking for temporary housing while our new home is being built. We were put in touch with Sue at Foxcreek Estates. She is wonderful, and was more than helpful with securing an apartment for us. Sue has always been available for us and answered all of our questions. We lived at this complex for 2 years. It was very clean, well maintained, and had a very friendly atmosphere. The staff were very approachable and always helpful. We would absolutely move back if we ever needed to! We would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I am a new resident at Fox Creek, Sue has helped me to feel comfortable living here. She organizes activities to help you get to know your neighbors. When I go to the office she stops what she is doing to see how she can help. It is nice to know she cares about us and the community we live in.

I'm staying in 'The Shoppes' this month while back visiting family. What a gem of a place this is! It's beautifully furnished and equipped with absolutely everything you need down to every little detail. It's new, classy, and very tastefully decorated, and it is an absolute pleasure to be staying here! Every staff member that I dealt with while planning my stay was extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and courteous. I have been made to feel like I am truly in a home away from home, and will definitely be staying here again on future visits back to Western New York!
