The apartments are modern and stylish. Huge outdoor living spaces. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Lovely natural surroundings. The grounds are consistently well kept in the warm months and walks and roads are plowed and de iced promptly in the winter. It is a peaceful stress free environment. Many activities and groups are available from which to choose . Unlike many other complexes the patios and balconies are spacious. I would prefer a living area to be larger but all other aspects of the units are more than adequate. A fireplace in cold months and central air in warm months allow for maximum comfort and coziness. After consideration of several other places in the area FoxCreek is my choice for the best 55+ community.

I love living here at The Fox. Love that Fox. This is my nick name for Fox Creek Estates. Here at the Fox is a very nice and friendly community. It is also a close knit community. This is going on my second year here. I chose this as my forever home. The management team here is really nice and friendly as well. I can't say enough about it. I love it.

I'm disgusted with the owners of this complex. It's a crying shame that with as much money as this place pulls in, they are too cheap to invest in a generator! Whenever there's an outage, you can pretty much bet Fox Creek Estates is out! This is the second time in less than a year that the power has been out for many hours! I'd say that warrants considering., especially since the majority of your residents are elderly. Middle of a blizzard and we have loved ones to worry about being cold for not one, or two hours...but 8+ hours! You don't miss an opportunity to raise the rent tho.

Customer service unsatisfactory. "Luxury", what a joke. WiFi is spotty, good luck with maintance request, the smelly trash lined halls-after 5:00 of course. Won't sign another lease.

I have lived here 5+ years...I enjoy the community and want to say how helpful the staff is. During the last snow fall Sue sent Maria and other staff to help dig my car out...Greatly appreciated it. Thank you very much. They always take care of my maintenance request in an expedient manner and the office staff is always helpful and friendly.

I was helping my mother look for place to live. After looking at many different locations we chose Fox Creek. Meaghan has been very helpful. The property is both beautiful and well maintained and everything included with the rent make it very reasonably priced.

I have nothing but gratitude and appreciation for everything Sue and the staff here have done to make moving in and living here as painless as possible. The property is clean, well-kept and inviting. Maintenance keeps up with the demands of the property, and there are a lot of wonderful little details the staff here pays attention to that have made living here during the pandemic so much better than expected!

My mother really enjoyed her time here! Its like a neighborhood where you can socialize as much or as little as you please. Great friends were made and all extended a hand and were sure to send mom off to assisted living feeling loved and appreciated!

We were in a bind and looking for temporary housing while our new home is being built. We were put in touch with Sue at Foxcreek Estates. She is wonderful, and was more than helpful with securing an apartment for us. Sue has always been available for us and answered all of our questions. The apartment is beautiful and has everything we need. We highly recommend Foxcreek Estates.

I am a new resident at Fox Creek, Sue has helped me to feel comfortable living here. She organizes activities to help you get to know your neighbors. When I go to the office she stops what she is doing to see how she can help. It is nice to know she cares about us and the community we live in.

We lived at this complex for 2 years. It was very clean, well maintained, and had a very friendly atmosphere. The staff were very approachable and always helpful. We would absolutely move back if we ever needed to! We would highly recommend this place to anyone!

My Mom lives here and LOVES it! She has a beautiful place to live, has lots of opportunities to meet people and to socialize, which is so important to her. The shuttle van helps to get her to grocery shopping when I cant--both Tops and Wegmans! This is the perfect place for my mom and Im thrilled that she gets to call Fox Creek home!

Im staying in The Shoppes this month while back visiting family. What a gem of a place this is! Its beautifully furnished and equipped with absolutely everything you need down to every little detail. Its new, classy, and very tastefully decorated, and it is an absolute pleasure to be staying here! Every staff member that I dealt with while planning my stay was extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and courteous. I have been made to feel like I am truly in a home away from home, and will definitely be staying here again on future visits back to Western New York!
