My close friend of 35 yr ( 69 yr old) developed Dementia /Alzheimers at age 57 . Working as an ICU registered Nurse for 35 yr- She was at home for 7 yr but started wandering - She has been at Bristal Memory care April 2021- we visited through screen window during Covid- She had had the most incredible care/socialization /freedom to walk unit / he own private room -Beautiful facility / inside/ our door court yards- secure unit- ( I am also a nurse of 43 yrs) I’m critical of institutionalized living - This place is Top Notch ! He r room is always immaculate!! Bathroom always clean - She always looks dressed well and clean - I check her skin and it’s always been perfect- When she was sick she was seen right away and taken for care- Activities are on going and they take people to them - Workers know people by name - kind / considerate- I would love to be a resident there if I ever needed help- Highly recommend - You would be lucky to have your loved one there - they are safe and happy ” Diane. travers 03/07/26

Absolutely can not say enough positive things about Bristol Village. My father was A resident of this community in the memory care unit. We were extremely pleased with the staff and the excellent care our father received. Highly recommend!!

My Aunt was in Bristol Village Assisted Living for about 7 years. We were very pleased with our experience. We found the staff to be very friendly and attentive. The facility is lovely and my Aunt always said the food was very good. I would recommend Bristol Village if you are considering Assisted Living or Memory Care for a loved one.

My grandma lobster place is really nice inside. She really likes it and very nice. It’s very nice inside it very very cooked up very nicely and likes the food.

My mother has been at Bristol Village for over a decade. The facility itself is beautiful and well kept. The staff members are always friendly and caring, and everyone from management knows each resident by name. Communication and safety are clearly their number one priorities. Both the residents and the families of the residents are made to feel like they are part of the community! You will not find better quality assisted care anywhere in the Western New York area!

Bristol Village made my mother feel right at home from the moment she walked in the front door. The staff was friendly, compassionate, and treated her with respect. She made friends quickly and enjoyed the variety of activities offered, especially Bingo and Cooking Classes. We were able to rest easily knowing she was in a clean, safe, 24/7 staffed facility.

Our mom moved into Bristol Village more than two years ago and we're all very pleased she's there. We looked at a number of assisted living places in WNY and Bristol Village was her/our choice and we couldn't be happier. Mom needs help with certain activities of daily living and they provide it, while allowing her to maintain her independence with things she doesn't need help with. It would be hard to imagine any place with as caring and professional staff as the team at Bristol Village.

I have run the gamut of Assisted Living Care facilities in the Kenmore/Amherst/Tonawanda/Williamsville area. Toured just about every one. Bristol Village is far and away the best facility for numerous reasons: The staff are fabulous! Absolutely the best and that makes the resident happy. I always see smiles on the resident faces when I visit my Mom at Bristol Village. There are huge variety of ever changing activities on the premises as well as off property. They have their own comfortable van to take residents shopping, to the doctor and on special outings. The place is beautifully designed and IMMACULATE. It looks as if you are entering a well appointed resort when you enter through the lobby doors. Key, for my Mom is that everything is on one floor. Think twice about properties with elevators. They usually do not have a back up generator and I have heard first hand horror stories of residents being trapped on whatever floor they happen to be on when the electricity goes out during a storm. Some people went for 5 days with out being able to leave the floor their unit is located on. The units are spacious. My Mom resides in a one bedroom and is very happy with the amount of space and privacy. You can do your own laundry if you prefer, Common area washers and dryers are available on every wing if you prefer, but the Laundry department does a great job! No lint, no wrinkles! The dining room is exceptionally beautiful and kept immaculately clean. It looks like a real restaurant! Cloth, wine glasses etc. and the food is really very good. It's nice that you can join your loved one for a meal in such a welcoming environment. The outdoor spaces are beautiful! Fountains and beautiful furniture, Resident can even dine outside during the warmer months. I am thrilled that I was finally able to place my Mom at Bristol Village, There was a bit of a waiting period, but it was sooooo worth it. Again, the main thing is the staff, whether it be administrative, operational or direct caregivers, the folks are the absolute best at what they do and I am so appreciative of the kind way they care for my Mom. They take care of everything for the other family members so you really don't have to worry about anything once your loved one is settled into residence. Don't waste your time checking out other places in that general area. None of them even come close to the standards of gracious living that are afforded the residents at Bristol Village.
